As a 64 yr old gamer myself I absolutely loved this, I wish when I was younger animé was as popular and comicon existed, the costumes, time and effort people put into making them is awesome. Brilliant video as always.
I enjoyed this Darren - short and sweet and it’s interesting to see all the different outfits that people have clearly spent a lot of time and effort (and money) into making. I like the fact you don’t just do food - seeing your different exploits as you travel around is what I’m here for!
We get one of these events up here in Norfolk during the summer. I’ve never attended one but they are very popular and the London one here looks just that. Dress up oh yes!
Ooooo Darren, click bait worked, I watched 😊 I'm amazed how these events have grown over the years. And how costly they have become 😢 Many years ago, many many years about 30plus, I went to a sci- fi show at Wembley, took my girlfriend's son.We met Ton Baker ,scarf and all😅.Some cast members of 1999.Back stage folk. And looked behind the curtain 😮 Some of the space age kit was covered cereal boxes & the sticky back plastic 😅 And apart from the entrance money& the cost of a program and snacks. Nothing else. We got autographs, photographs and talked to everyone. Great day, great memories 😊 Cheers 🥂 Darren thanks for the video 😊Allan&Family
Darren, Having 2.5 minutes of feed idents/logos is not going to do your engagement statistics any favours. You will get promoted less if viewers switch off two minutes before the end.
@@DarrenJohn I have watched all your vlogs for the last two years and enjoyed all of them but this one is not you (my opinion)) thank you for your response. Plus I may be in London Christmas / New Year and would love to buy you a pint and curry on Brick Lane or Paro
Stick to the Brekky /Indian review's DJ you have a loyal following that can only get bigger ...avoid these dull functions there are prob channels that cover that rubbish.

The ratio of content to credits/promotions are "off the charts" in this video...
What would you dress up as ? I admire anyone that gets that involved in a hobby, so much effort gone into every costume.
I enjoyed this,wish it was longer,but fun anyway,thanks.
Excellent this was part of my old job before lock down. I do miss it but hate how it's changed.
Cracking music again David Brent with a floor filler

It's great to be different and we should all embrace that 👍
Hi Darren
The lengths some people will go to to dress up is amazing and some of the costumes must cost a fortune

I know people who go to that comicon, didn't see many furries in your footage... May I suggest Hellboy for you next year? 👍

Didn’t get this one at all tbh . Just an advert for your channel!? But I’m already subscribed 🤷🏻♀️
Without the ending, the video would of been 2 minutes long. I guess I should of left it archived
