Didn't even know the sciatic nerve went into your foot. Everyone is different, although I swore it was my hip. Apparently my pain is coming from my lower back "osteoarthritis" . So I got a referral to see a Physiotherapist. There are certain exercises they will give you that helps. I was getting there. Then 'Boom!' it's back. So too early days for me Scotty. To give you any real guidance. Some people get it once. Some twice, some never again. Some it's recurring. There's not a lot that pain killers can do. So if it because unbearable. Then there are injections they can give you. Sorry Danny C this is supposed to be YOUR channel Lol!
