S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly is a stand-alone mod for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series of first-person shooter games. Anomaly is designed to be a more immersive and challenging experience than the base games, with a focus on survival and exploration.
In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly, players must navigate the harsh terrain of the Zone, battling dangerous creatures and scavenging for resources to survive. The mod includes a variety of new features and mechanics, including a dynamic weather system, a day-night cycle, and realistic weapon ballistics. Players must manage their inventory carefully, balancing the need for weapons and ammunition with the need for food, water, and medical supplies.
Anomaly also includes a wide range of customization options, allowing players to tailor their experience to their liking. Players can choose from a variety of starting conditions, including different factions, gear loadouts, and difficulty settings. The mod also includes a robust modding community, with many user-created mods available to enhance and expand the game.
The Custom build is based on the Expedition graphics add-on with original modifications including: Weather, Reshade and Shaders. In addition to graphics, over 400 different add-ons have been implemented that affect various aspects of the game, such as: tasks, item animations, anomaly particles and other effects - weapons, artificial intelligence of non-player characters, etc.
