This is my ocha. That turn you took between 12:38-12:44, the first town is called Kabuta, we take a left turn there at a small bridge like 5 meters before you enter the town. I use the Kenol junction to Muranga town though then to. Really exciting seeing this. The river you crossed at 12:38-12:44 is the boundary between Nyeri and Muranga on that side.
Again I have taken this route courtesy of this video and I loved it. spend a night at Nanyuki then proceeded to Meru and back to Nairobi so two days trip. Thanks to you brother.
Thanks taking me to your journey, there is something therapeutic driving through beautiful scenery. Miss Kenya last time I was at that Nanyuki sign was 2017.
How do you ensure stable footage while recording using a phone mount...ive bought a couple even expensive ones but my footage always shakes even on smooth roads
The truth to that is having more of this recent phones or devices e.g the iphone 11 and above, or the recent samsung galaxies. Alternative is newer Go pros, dji osmo pocket or insta 360s. All this come with some kind of inbuilt or software stabilization. For this video, i used iphone 12pro which has iOS stabilization.
Nope. You can use regular. It’s advisable though to use vpower once or twice monthly even in other cars. It helps clean up the engine and improve efficiency in the long term.
In my own honest opinion, I feel like these are the kind of videos you should be making instead of the 1Hr / 2Hr long videos just showing the drive to somewhere. Ukiangalia watching stream of those long videos, haina viewers wengi coz a viewer like me gives up easily. So if there are 10 of us si thats a problem? so just humble advice, summarize videos like this one 26 mins is ok
Unfortunately it’s not Practical to keep removing the tint just for videos. If you drive long distance often you need to protect yourself from the drivers who don’t know how to remove full beam at night.
also, its wonderful to note that you are a safe driver
Thanks for sharing these beautiful ⛰ 🇰🇪 routes. Following from Texas 🇺🇸 with keen nolstagia.
Like my girl always says, this should have been longer.

True. Very fun ride all through.

Awesome video there
It was a great and cool trip...one quiz how many times did you fuel?
I think twice. Full tank and later on I put half tank in either nyeri or nanyuki.
@@Ninaform
Oooh thaz cool bro.. consumption was good.
It must have been fun going around enjoying the beautiful scenery in kenya
Too bad mount kenya wasn’t visible. But always a beautiful region.
Good Road Trip.
one of the best Vloggers in 254 ...Kudos bro I love your subaru levorg. U shud invite me to join you for a roadtrip while testdriving my Forester SJG
Levorg imeuzwa 😭. That forester is a lovely car in my consideration list. Am up for a long road trip. Inbox me on IG and we can plan that asap.
I wanna join the trip too .... what's your Instagram
This is awesome
full vid would have been great
Those are coming starting this Saturday 4pm.
whats that song at 15:50? great job!
Hey @ Ninaform kindly always write the towns on the screen so that we can know where you are. Thank you, I love your vlogs.
Hey. It’s in the RUclips chapters. I forgot to add the markings on the video though.
@@Ninaform great
Nice video. This are my play grounds. Anyway, that phone does very stable videos. What phone is it?
12 pro. Video stability on phones has really improved.
Great video sir.
How was the fuel consumption?
Roughly 7k for the entire 580kms.
That was not bad at all.
Have you faced ground clearance issues with the Levorg?
Yes. The ground clearance is terrible you will scartch all bumps if you don’t go over them sideways.
Try using Bluetooth
There’s echo in the mic

Nice
How much fuel did you use all round?I assume it's the 2000cc fa20dit engine
I think 12k. Can’t remember now. It was around 11km/l average.
@@Ninaform not bad for the available power
Where did you get the suction phone mount from?
From Amazon. But locally checking through Jiji there is several good options too.
Need to try a road trip can you advise
Check out my video on 5 roadtrips to do in Kenya.
What car are you driving Freddy from south african??.
A Subaru Levorg. 2014 model.
@@Ninaform Thanks I don't know levorg maybe we do t have that model in South Africa
Nice trip and car. How much did it 'drink'?
1 full and half tank at average 10km/litre
Because I also do 12km per litre on a 1800cc car. The figures they give on paper are not practical
Hi bro, nice video, how long did the journey took u to n fro?
Left the house 6am, I was back around 6.30pm. So 12hours average.
@@Ninaform ok thanks.
Do you have to fuel V power on the levorg
Nope. You can use regular. It’s advisable though to use vpower once or twice monthly even in other cars. It helps clean up the engine and improve efficiency in the long term.

True. I made a post on that, that I am no longer making those videos too.
Java ilikuwa hapo southfield ni nini my friend unachoma huko kwote
From athi river, going to south field involves kuenda hadi GM. Hio jam ni noma morning hours.
Can you accomodate a fellow photographer for one of this roadtrips?
Inbox on instagram with an idea we can collaborate on.
how is a subaru levorg? is it reliable
Very good car and reliable, nothing major. The only problem is the ground clearance is terrible, which restricts you a lot on where you can go.
@@Ninaform on ground clearance; from minute 11:11 - did you hit that bump?
@@ephraimmwai4759 you are keen 😅I had to always do a zigzag on all bumps. I was probably talking and I forgot how big the bump is.
@@ephraimmwai4759 yeah you’ll be fine.
Before I travel long distance I kick my wheels to feel better that is not flat.
Always good to be sure about tires 👌🏾
instead of going alone for the road trips you can call me up
Hujatuonyesha kenol. Nimeskia tutakutana huko tukienda binguni
Waah! Hio nilisahau 😅
Next trip tag me bruv
How much is the trip?
I did the whole thing in a day. Biggest expense was fuel. Roughly 12k. There are points where I misused the turbo 😅 Maximum 15k for everything.
Ulishika kafit/vitz ama
Wanna join you bro
Haha! Bado! But soon.
i dont like vlogs shot through tinted front windscreens they dont show the real beautiful colours of nature
Unfortunately it’s not Practical to keep removing the tint just for videos. If you drive long distance often you need to protect yourself from the drivers who don’t know how to remove full beam at night.
mnaonyesha no plates za magari mtu ataulizwa '' babe ulikuwa central lini''
