Will it be possible to satisfy every single group with that approach?

There isn't much to it it is just that a few people from a few areas have been obsessed with it ever since its introduction. It was a basic system based on professions. Brahman (priests and highly educated individuals who work for science, development and do all the rituals, puja and everything related to god), then Kshatriyas (warriors), then vaishyas (businesspersons, farmers and all sorts of people) and then shudras (the uneducated class doing more manual work). All of it was flexible and anyone called be anything based on their profession but people started making it look ugly slowly and then foreign forces intervened to make it worse. Britishers made it look worst and finally a few people have carried the obsession till the date.
