Just need to start calling the muskie “ski’s” to let other anglers know you have more experience than them. 😂
Back in the early '70's I went to Eagle with dad. Muskie size limit was 30in.But I remember seeing barred and spotted muskie caugth. It was hard to even get muskie tackle back then. But I've seen that at Vermillion too barred and spotted which were known to be Leech Lake strain. I never agree with stocking other muskie into known muskie water, just not good for the gene pool. Both lakes had very old Muskie mounts which were barred, the one at Eagle was a monster. There I had one on a second, he tried to eat my shore lunch walleye, I should of let him take it but no leader the odds were against me. Teeth marks on the fish were wide, wish I could have saw it. Things are better now, great video, brought back memories, lots of bigger fish there now! Thanks.

@@AnglingAnarchy Thanks man great video.Century Lodge is my usual stay.Eagle can be tough but when it's going good there is none better....Btw,one year we were not moving fish and we moved shallow.We were pulling tanks out of 2' of water.Never would have thought that would work.
