Carpet cleaning - Assisted living in Kent - Word of clean SPM

This morning the team were tasked with getting this 2 bedroom apartment in an assisted living care home professionally cleaned.
These carpets were only cleaned by another company 3 weeks previous. They were left wet for days and started to smell awful from bacteria buildup. You can see from the before video just how bad they were left. So bad that the customer went out the next day to buy their own machine to try and remove some of the moisture and stains left behind - if you have to clean and try and dry a carpet after you’ve had a “professional” company over then they’re not as professional as they say.
First up we tackled the blood and oil stains with specialist spotters, then we opted for SPM from ‪@WorldofCleanLtd‬ to really brighten the carpet before extraction at 70°c throughout the property.
Unfortunately there was a large drag mark from a heavy dresser present which we could do nothing with. But overall the carpets are looking a million times better, dry within and hour and most importantly the customer is actually happy with the result this time around.
