This is one of my favorite bands of the 2010s -- they came out with a breakout album out of the box. This band is downright heavy -- this is the closing track on the CD.

Because Been Moody tried to build another Evanescence without Amy and there is no one in the world that sings with more emotion and raw talent than Amy Lee.

I relate to this song so much. I cry almost every time I listen to it. Not to mention it's so beautifully orchestrated. And it's so hardcore. All their songs are perfect, like they made them just for me. I love this band and I wouldn't change a single thing about them (other than the speed at which they produce music!)

Amy Lee and Carly are both talented and wonderful. Amy has an iconic voice, but I think we all know (some of us deep deep down) that she is not a good live singer. With no training, she strains so much, and it’s only gotten worse over the years.
Carly’s voice is powerful and controlled live, I’m seriously impressed.
linotheundead I don’t think Amy’s a cunt, she comes across as genuinely sweet and down to earth most of the time. As far as how she and some of the ex-Ev members, I think everyone’s at fault in some way, and there’s a lot we’ll probably never know. She and Ben in particular had a long history and a messy falling out, but by all accounts there’s no bad blood anymore, they just don’t keep in touch.
This is the greatest song nobody knows about! I love it especially after some medical marijuana!

Just an observation...but what would this band be without Ben Moody? He is the common denominator in all the fallen's of fallen. His influence in Evanescence was unparalleled. So happy to see him doing what he loves and thriving. I just wish Carly wasn't so damn close to the perfectionism of Amy Lee. It's a little distracting. But no denying, she can sing.

I can see why people compare Amy to Carly. But Carly's voice IS different. Thicker. Barely a tad below Amy's register and timbre. Definitely effortless in a live setting. I like this band, she is a really good singer. The thing is Fallen was so damn good and I think the reason was the fusion of amy, ben and hodges. So right now, evanescence and we are the fallen are both like an incomplete meal course. One has the main dish and the other one has a great dessert but if you cant have those together it wont be the same. Nowadays, I am okay with not having both together and believe me it was really hard to accept, Btw this song is fucking great

I was curious about the whole, "she sings better live" I see why, she hardly rocks out or moves or anything. Those vocal nodules though.

It's possibly that whoever edited the videos together used an off-synched clip too that wasn't exactly where the audio was just for segments to flow together.
On the other hand, the audio has been remixed for the DVD and I can hear some Melodyne in the audio. Some parts could have been overdubbed afterwards if the audio wasn't recorded the best and then comped into the final product.

That seems to be what had a lot to do with what went on with this band is this always was compared to another one and it's not even anywhere close to it sure the musicians are from a different band but Carly's not she's the one that makes this so unique isn't that what vocalists do. Carly doesn't sound like anybody except Carly she has that touch to it . But just because it all visually looks like the last band just haunted them . There were other Politics as well nobody's really came out and tossed that on the table just yet. probably never will. I know Ben has been involved in other projects but I really haven't seen much of him since. I really think that Ben was offended by the response he got from it . He really worked hard on this one and I don't think he really seen that coming . He was pretty angry for quite a while and I don't blame him. Why can't people just take music for what it is and stop comparing it to everything it's not it's a question to ponder

Thats because the sound has been modified... In the video Without You you can see that Carly has the mic close to her knee and it sounds like she's singing... This is not the real sound of the concert,,, like you say its just acting, the sound of the concert was modified by computer.. This is fake :/
