I had the tyre seating problem with Hankook tyres last year, I found that whacking the tyre with a rubber mallet next to where it wasn't seated for a few minutes vibrated it enough to pop on.
We have now managed to get the tyres on the wheels - it took 165psi to do so which is mental - we offered the very same tyre to a 9J rota road spec wheel and they popped on at 85psi - so the issue is the matching of the Perrelli Hard to the Revolution 10J - they just don’t get on well :(
