    have a it-28 and a sprauge to5. Remember as a kid in the 70s my dad showed me how the eye worked on his 28 and always thought it was so cool. He ending up selling it for a b&k tester with a meter so when a opportunity to pick one up happened I couldn't resist.

    Great video! I have noticed that you don´t mention that with the values used in the voltage divider is imposible to have a 25V voltage on the leakage test selector, The minimum value is close to 42 V. And more oer less is what I have on my C3.

    I have the later model T-28. Still works fine after all these years.

      glencoe58, did you mean IT-28? Heathkit did not make a model T-28......
