Hi, thanks for sharing knowledge; please let me know if you know about the possibility to use fusion peptides with liposomes to deliver restriction enzymes into cells. I realized that a palindromic sequence like AAGCUU, has a limited possibility of mutations, therefore, about 27 different restriction enzymes should be able to cleave any given six bases palindromic sequence of viruses; think about the importance of a new approach to fight viral infections, borrowing restriction enzymes from bacteria. I hope that fusion peptides can make restriction enzymes penetrate the cytoplasm of cells, in order to cut viral RNA. This approach should not be safe to fight DNA viruses, because if the restriction enzyme able to cleave palindromic sequence get into the nucleus, it would damage non methylated cell DNA.
I would like to know if there is any controlled frameshift mutation that makes possible for one gene to have two layers of information, so that two complete functional proteins can be encoded by the gene and by the resulting frameshift mutation, please let me know if you have one example. Thanks!
I think the pyramid diagram should be inverted as per the number of bases less then amino acids and then metabolites in max. no. and diversity also increase .
Thank you! Although, what non of these proteomic videos clarify really well is how many simultaneous proteins can be analyzed by MS. I suppose that you can only pick one or two from the 2D gel separation, but not really throw at the MS a complete mix of proteins to get relative abundances?
You are doing a great job and your teaching way is just awesome. There is a great need of teacher's like you in colleges
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Great 👍. Good video. But wanna tò know can we use use this technology for forensic science in place of DNA
I love you man, just ... yeah, keep up the excellence, you're a life saver !
+nefer pitou thank you very much.
Thnk u ❤❤ nice explanation 😊😊everything is clear now about protiomics......
You're welcome
best video ever ....you are getting so many blessings from us😇 thanks a lot for taking so much efforts you are awesome🙋
thank you so much! this help me understand what proteomics is. thank you
You're welcome
Excellent video and very clearly explained!
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Thank you very much Mr. Shomu. I've subscribed
You're welcome
