Exactly! I love the family dynamics and wish this is something my family could do but we are now scattered between IL and MN. I remember growing up chatting with my dad about how we could all live close knit on a somewhat large property and raise a market garden and animals. We would all have our jobs. So it's amazing to see what I thought was only a dream be working so wonderfully for a nice family like yours!
Hi Vegie Boys!! I'm a friend of Nancy Fehr's and she has told me for years about working there with you guys and how much she cares about all of you all. She is so happy to see you all on you tube and I am too! Hoping the best for all your hard work. Sister Laura Lockridge.
Some of my fondest memories of my Grandparents is of helping them in their gardens as a child. Being able to spend so much time with your family, when you all work side by side, is incredibly special! Callie is going to have a magnificent childhood!
We made our first trip from D.C. just to come check out the farm. It was awesome! We bought 3 giant pumpkins, several different veggies and grapes. I laughed when I saw this episode, because I am sitting here eating grapes from the farm. Keep up the videos, they are awesome!
I like how you guys are keeping the family unit together there is not enough of that in the world and I feel like it is the biggest problem with society today
Thank you Andrew for showing what the Veggie Girls and Grammy do in the market. I know all the girls work hard as the Veggie guys do. Boy is Grammy a worker making Salsa, Banana Bread, Zucchini Bread, and Tomato Jelly Yum Yum!!! Thanks Faye

Something else I like about your family is the simplicity of your eating habits which makes mealtime easier on the cooks. Who needs huge meals when there's all those crops to enjoy.
I get so pumped when I see you've uploaded, I just love this channel!!!! It's time for a horse and barn update, I want to see some horseback riding!!!!❤️👏🏼🐴
Wow! Tracy picking grapes and making wine. 🍇 🍷 Can’t wait to see what the results will be. (Had to give a shout out to our Merritt Island girl❤️) Even though the weather wasn’t great, there was plenty of interesting stuff going on. I enjoyed seeing the inside of the store and I actually have wondered about onions and the other missing vegetables, so you’re explanation was great.
Of course we enjoy watching your videos :) They are relaxing to watch, funny with clean language and good humor, very informative and best of all, being able to see a great family working hard together to feed people. I started eating tomatoes regularly because of your videos, they are delicious.
Thanks for another lovely video Andrew. Nice to see your family working together. And thank you for answering the question that was in my mind for a few days now. The carrots! Hope the weather in your area will improve soonest and we will hear that crunch crunch crunch sound of bell pepper picking as well as corn again. Cute Callie, taking good care of grandpa 😊 Best regards 🙏🏼 Watching from Hong Kong 🌼
I really love your videos. Everyone stays so busy. I like seeing the family work together and eat together. Grandma is a very busy woman cooking three meals a day for that many is a job all in itself. 😃
I like your presentation, you and your family makes me smile, thank you, for that. Watching your family makes me think of when my family was together, my husband just passed and my kids are all grown, so it let's me relive my younger years, I loved my garden, and canning, everything, so you kids , keep on doing what your doing.it makes people happy,
Carl Northeast Ohio I am one of the ones that inquired on growing carrots I grew a little patch of carrots in my garden and I was really shocked how well they done I have a small garden in my backyard with raised beds and I was just wondering thank you for getting back to that love what you guys do cannot wait for your next video one of these days me and my wife said we are going to come out and visit your store God bless
It’s always I joy to see your videos. You do SUPER job of editing and keeping them interesting. I’ve been viewing your older videos and it really shows you have become more relaxed talking on camera. Thank you for information on invasion of insects. Also nice knowing someone has to be trained on what to look for and how to get rid of them. Lots of behind scenes work farmers must do. It was added bonus of Callie watching Grandpa.
Great update, it is so interesting to hear about what plants you have grown, why do you grow them or why you don’t. Your explanations are easy to understand And make so much sense. Even on a rainy day, there’s so much to be done at the farm and in the market. This was like getting a behind-the-scenes tour, and felt very special. Lauren is so sweet!
Hey Matthew, 15 years back I owned a big rig truck. Coming into the Arizona Port of Entry, from California, the rig ahead of me was stopped and his trailer opened for inspection. He had 40,000 lbs of cotton Tee-Shirts. The border ag agent had a suspicion about that rig and she wound up shutting him down for several days. When the trailer doors were unlocked and opened the rig was filled with an invasive traveling spider colony, from the California desert.
Love seeing you guys. More than a few of my family members watch you. And we remind each other when you post new ones. We all agree it just makes us happy.
My fried told me about your channel. I'm hooked I grew up on a dairy farm. But we always had a small garden. I'm 69 years old and your videos take me back.
Love that Granddad Babysitter. Now I know where the good mood comes from. Keep on spreading that positive energy - like the rocks spread the minerals. You never know what it is good for but you know it makes a difference.
should defoliate around the clusters and remove secondary shoots once the fruit is set and going into veraison. then defoliate again around now to deter fungus. if you defoliate before fruit set you have a chance at losing berries. i work in a vineyard in PA, we grow 8 varieties of wine grapes. its a looooot of work, lol.
Two things changed my carrot life, moving out of the ground and into raised beds and pelleted seeds! By building my raised beds I am able to control the soil content and make sure it stays nice and fluffy with no rocks, roots, etc. I mix large amounts of peat, coir, and perlite in my soil and keep it light. Pelleted seeds allow me to space correctly when planting and eliminate thinning. Total game changer! I'm able to grow, harvest, and sell, nice straight beautiful carrots!! Give it a try!
I just love this family!! It's so cool how they work as a team! All for the greater good eh? Grandpa, you rock sir!! lol I love it....you seem like the best Gpa! Hello from beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma.
You have a happy life man, its work its muddy its some nerves but your revenue its directly to your work and thats whats so amazing about being a farmer. I grew up on country side, but we never had any land, I had some neighbours that were going work on the field and I always wanted to be a farmer but at least I can enjoy your videos instead. You got a very beautiful life and remember this comment when you have shitty days.
Andrew, I have tosay that I really like your channel. I am new, only about a week. I really like that your Grammy makes so much stuff. Maybe you can do a video of her making stuff? Keep up the good work!
Your crew is awesome, and you're a great host! Just found your channel and I'm really enjoying your videos. Thanks for sharing! I'm hoping to start a homestead soon, and I'll accept all the knowledge that you're willing to share! God bless
Really enjoyed the video. It's good that you explain why you don't grow some vegetables. Them was some nice looking grapes. Callie looked good baby sitting grandpa.
we had an infestation of Box elder beetles, they used to sit in a carpet of red on our garage and the side of our house. Then all of a sudden, after two years, the birds finally decided they were food and started picking them off the house until they're mostly gone now
I really enjoyed this video today because it wasn’t just getting things out for market and also putting everything out for the market and picking produce❣️❣️ today you had very Highwinds and a lot of rain and we got to see a different version of what happened on the farm when that happens. We'd love to see her recipe for that tomato jelly. Asking again for Grammy to show us some of her wisdom on recipes using what you guys grow.
This family gets along because of love and grace. No one has “their own job.” Everyone trades roles, all the time. This is such a healthy group.
It’s fun to go back and watch older videos :) Callie is walking and talking now but this one from a year ago she is so small 💜
for not knowing much about grapes y'll are doing a great job
Beautiful family amazing people loved it..God blessed..😍🙏
