"Cop buddy" syndrome is what I call it, most of them have it. Getting him to arrest someone who is the son of a former friend and colleague is a major conflict of interest to begin with.
So a 59 year old who may have had some mental health and physical health/mobility issues was murdered in cold blood because a 2 year old allegedly said something. And he only got 12 years. Failure of justice
Yeh I kinda agree with you. But I think prosecutors tend to auto-switch to Manslaughter where revenge for sexual abuse is concerned- they don't want to risk sympathetic juries acquitting. In addition, in this case (as the judge heavily implied) there was the suggestion that his wife deliberately set him up just because she wanted Barry James gone. I'd be interested to know if she held out for him or just divorced and happily hooked up with another husband as soon as the trial finished. I suspect the latter.
Men tend to be irrational when it comes to their daughters. The failure in justice is where his wife is concerned since she wound up the husband and pointed him in Barry's direction. The husband was a pawn in the same way his daughter was.
Exactly. He's a dangerous man to be free if he is that quick to brutally stab someone. 2 year olds can barely be understood. It's madness to be that quick to act on something they mumble.

I listened to ur channel for the first time in awhile and I just thought about how much I LOVE YOUR VOICE ANS THE LOW PLAYING MUSIC IN BACKGROUND!!!! It truly sets U apart from other channels!!!!!!
The first one is sad. Lost her brother and daughter over something terrible someone did as a child. I am in no way defending what he did, but she should've confronted him about it first before taking her brother and a gun. I guess she thought he wouldn't get what he deserved in court because he was a child at the time? Just sad the daughter practically doesn't have a mom because of it.
Yeah, also sad she manipulated her (apparently slow) younger brother into taking part in this, which cost him his life. Daughter lost an uncle and mother. IF the allegations against that 18 yr old were even true, man what a high price to pay! Wonder if she thinks it was worth it...

Touching my kid multiple times in their own room under the cover of the late night isn't a "bizarre" reason for revenge.... could just be my own personal opinion but that sounds like a death sentence to me.....ya don't mess with the damn kids man!!!
@@princesstamika true enough I guess. Valid point. Thanks. However, the first 2 stories were about that.....Are you saying that BOTH instances were made up by a 2 year old? I mean, sometimes a mother knows something is going on with their kid more than they realize so it's kinda feasible that the claims were legit.....I wasn't there so I couldn't definitively say whether it happened for real or not but I still don't see taking out a baby diddler as a "bizarre" reason. To me, a bizarre reason would be bc of dirty dishes in the sink or someone being psychotic over a larger piece of chocolate or something along those lines.... have a great rest of your week and thanks again for your opinion 😁😁😁
I think it's because the whole stories were bizarre. In the second one there was no physical evidence against the guy, and he had health issues. He couldn't get around well. And yet she wanted people to believe that he repeatedly climbed into her kid's window to assault her. It's a question of why she would make this thing up in the first place against this particular guy. In the first story, it was that she recruited her brother to help kill the guy, and he also ended up dead because of it.
Dayum! That last case? Holy crud. Just goes to show if you are good with your time management, you can get a LOT done! I mean 5 ppl got got in 45 mins?! In 3 different homes? DayuM!
The second case is why vigilante justice cannot be allowed. A murder committed off of zero evidence and an allegation by someone not old enough to even really have a sense of self yet. Unfortunately the charge and sentence the dude caught were a complete joke.
how about that final story, huh..? clearly the dude was a piece of garbage but to then plan his murder spree on his way to turn himself in to prison? it's almost impressive.
Is the Sullivan story insane, or what?!? I could go on and on about THAT guy. He was hateful AF-but he had a real pattern. That last crime he commits-those murders-were either the LAST straw or he wasn't lying at all about why he commits THAT particular crime. It was the one crime he was proud of, if that makes sense. And how does the second guy get a first degree charge while the first chic get 2nd degree? She CLEARLY had intent going into that shitshow and got 2 people killed. Planned with malicious intent, man-hand's down, she deserved 1st degree murder. Mitigating circumstances do NOT apply to this crime, for several reasons. Making them fit is a REAL push, legally. I am not saying that correctly-they mitigating circumstances do apply, they simply do not qualify as being valid. Jonathon Edington-that sad tomato killed a guy after a call from his wife. The judge was spot-on there. SHE has REAL responsibility/blame. He took the plea-but he DID plea guilty. His wife-in THIS situation, SHE used him just as much and in the same way as he used that knife on his victim. In THIS case-HE was HER weapon. Justice and Legal...what a couple. A real love match.
@@ExiledStardust It's a mess, really and truly. From the victim's perspective-dead is dead, it doesn't matter if it was a female or male who put you in the ground. If justice is blind, she can't see whether you sit or stand to go pee.

@@ThePinsay there are a rare number of these cases who refuse to walk, they usually get physically moved over with a wheelchair or the "man dolly" device, used with Hannibal Lecter, for example.
Are you afraid of breaking up with your internet therapist? Great news! Now you can use AI to clone yourself and have fake sessions with said therapist while you move on to the next, and only twice the cost!
Lmao
Im Pessimistic… THATS WHY I DONT GIVE PEOPLE ADVICE
Touching my kid multiple times in their own room under the cover of the late night isn't a "bizarre" reason for revenge.... could just be my own personal opinion but that sounds like a death sentence to me.....ya don't mess with the damn kids man!!!
it's bizarre because it was done on the word of 2 year old. there's a reason why kids that young are not considered reliable witnesses.
@@princesstamikaThere’s a reason so many pedophiles are living in our neighborhoods around our kids. How about you let them live next to you.
CL!!!
The second case the mother made that story up to get attention from her husband
Dayum! That last case? Holy crud. Just goes to show if you are good with your time management, you can get a LOT done! I mean 5 ppl got got in 45 mins?! In 3 different homes? DayuM!
I love you, but those better help suck
When we hitting a million? C'mon now!
Babe, wake up, criminally listed posted, time to go to bed listening to horrific stories
A 2-minute ad at the very start of the video is crazyyyy
The second case is why vigilante justice cannot be allowed. A murder committed off of zero evidence and an allegation by someone not old enough to even really have a sense of self yet. Unfortunately the charge and sentence the dude caught were a complete joke.
A potato as a silencer? Would that work? Askin for a friend 🤫 or mashed shot 🥔 . 😝
If you're asking, as a serious question. No
Yes
Ha ha I love your voice
Show starts at 2:20.
how about that final story, huh..? clearly the dude was a piece of garbage but to then plan his murder spree on his way to turn himself in to prison? it's almost impressive.
It's always interesting when people excuse/minimize male murderers but want the female ones to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
@@ExiledStardust It's a mess, really and truly. From the victim's perspective-dead is dead, it doesn't matter if it was a female or male who put you in the ground. If justice is blind, she can't see whether you sit or stand to go pee.
It’s kinda scary what little kids can just say for no reason.
PLEASE DO RESEARCH ABOUT "BETTER HEALTH"! I wouldn't advise using that service.
