    I got hit by a driver who i suspect was impaired. I am left paralysed, he pulled out on me on the motorway. The crash was so bad they thought i was dead on scene. The driver was given a driver awareness course only. As he claimed it was a hardship if he lost his license.
    I hate this man. He took my entire life and left me in agony through carelessness and enjoys his life with out a care for what he did to me.
    I relate to this first case. I understand exactly why he did what he did.
    Ive been left with no quality of life. Its not fair or just. Im not going to murder him but i have thought about it. I honestly wish the worst on that man.

      I am so sorry that happened to you. That’s tragic and your anger is justified. You don’t have to forgive and no, that doesn’t heal you. It’s okay to be angry especially when you have to live with the consequences of someone else’s actions. I hope you can find more and more happiness in your life even though you lost the one you should have had. It’s just going to be a different kind of happiness. I hope you find a fulfilling life full of love.

      I am so sorry for everything you have been made to endure and still go through. Absolutely heartbreaking for you and your loved ones and utterly infuriating that the driver gets to live their life like they did nothing. If they were indeed impaired, i honestly hope they feel remorse for their actions every day of their life. Lots of love and strength to you❤️

      Suspect that he was impaired?
      Didnt the case go to court?

    • @scarletsuzuki1390
      @scarletsuzuki1390 Месяц назад +10

      @@SLBMFF Yes, I suspect he was impaired. He didn't check his mirror before pulling out of stationary traffic.
      He also made the verbal declaration that he had killed me. He was unsteady on his feet.
      Due to the blood coming from my eyes, nose and mouth. Then the newly qualified paramedics unable to find my pulse or signs of life. Because they were checking vitals from my arm and leg that were both badly dislocated and impinging blood flow. They didn't render aid.
      A senior firefighter who was in traffic saw the mistake and re-assessed me and discovered I was alive. Then efforts were started even though I wasn't expected to survive..
      Because of the problems on scene and that the driver was working for my local council they "somehow" forgot to test him. But tested me. Then would not update me at all about the case at all.
      I got a letter in the post a year later telling me that he was given a driver's awareness course as anything else would create a hardship on him and his family. The course costs £400 and is a day long.
      That criminal prosecution is not going to take place.
      I attempted to contact the officers on the case and they ignored me.
      He now owns his own company and is successful.
      I pee and poop in a bag and lost my career at 18. I won't walk again. Or lift my son.
      Be the wife I needed to be. I live in constant pain. Going from surgery to surgery.
      I got 15k compensation as my mother handled my affairs when I was in the hospital as my husband was working abroad in Norway. She signed a quick settlement. Then took the money.

    • @Littlemissdirtbag
      @Littlemissdirtbag Месяц назад

      Maybe place part of the blame on your mother. She could have fought harder and everyone knows you don't take the first offer. With all of your medical expenses and emotional turmoil, she valued you at $15,000. What a gem:) @@scarletsuzuki1390

      @@xavierharding8938they can’t but the injured are also facing huge medical bills. So you have to choose.
      My guess is that $250,000 wasn’t even close enough to cover the cost. You have a guy with a permanent injury and a woman who almost died.
      BTW my guess, only a guess, is that this could have been paid on a payment plan but he just shirked it. That doesn’t excuse murder but it does explain why the murder victim almost killed somebody, couldn’t keep his marriages together and decided go driving drunk . With another person in the car!

The girls faces when they realized what he was, PRICELESS 😮 Both put their hands over their mouth and walked away terrified. They locked arms and never looked back but dipped into a swim suit shop.
