I do agree with some of your comments that include the high cost of Real Estate, however many of your comments including snow, cold, insects, hot summers, high traffic entering & exiting a major city would all apply to at least 80% of the country... I would also like to point out that the area that you live in and the towns that you listed are Not suburban Boston! Only Concord would be considered a suburb and a distant one at that. The RT 128 belt is considered Boston's suberds Not RT 495 or even closer... Finally I live in a "Real" suburb that borders Boston, we have no restaurant problems here or any of the neighboring towns, in fact there may be too many. Less retail business in your area is simply based on less population. Why is home ownership above the national average in this area? Being a Realtor I'm certain you know the answer to that... Although I do agree with some of your comments I take issue with this being a "Boston Problem" almost as if other areas of the country don't apply. i.e. Does it get cold in Chicago? Are summers hot in Arizona? Are their insects in Florida? Does Buffalo get snow? Overall I did enjoy your video and look forward to watching more! I also like that you ended your video by showing fairness in saying you live here and love it here! For that reason and others I " liked "your video and subscribed to your channel! Thank You for posting This!! :)

I enjoyed your video but your take on suburban restaurants seems way off. Burlington, Woburn, Quincy, Waltham and Saugus have tons of restaurants most of which are open until 10 on the weekends.

Great review. Absolutely agree with ALL of your points. I don't care that some of the other cities might have the same overlapping problems. But if I were to move to Boston, I would want to know every little pro & con regardless!!

QUINCY is not for the average blue collar worker who has no college degree like myself......The prices on decent housing is getting untouchable no matter where you go....

In the suburbs and small towns, having sidewalks would mean having one more thing to clear after the many snowstorms each winter. That's expense many of the towns don't want. But for residents who must walk around, walking in the road, even if mostly cleared of any snowfall, will be a lot more dangerous and probably should not be attempted at night. I found this to be worst aspect of living in the Boston suburbs or a nearby small town.

I disagree with the suburbs title, the suburbs are great to move to and The weather is great, its 6 months great weather and 6 months cold never like Florida heat no scorching. There an not that many bugs at all like florida or the south by any means but yes we have some mosquitos. 2 hours in rush hours gong from worcester to Boston only in rush hour al the rest is good. Suburbs there is no traffic hardly. your going to pay way more money for sidewalks. There are many restaurants in the suburbs I disagree. Plus you can go anywhere. Thats why the suburbs are why people move there for quiet and less trrafic and price, its cheaper in the sudburbs central Boston I lived both places all my life

You're only talking about far out suburbs way outside of 128. I grew up in Lexington. Great, plentiful, and diverse restaurants; sidewalks and walkable. Decent public transportation. Your view from out there is very distorted. BTW: hot temperatures are "scAlding", not "scOlding". Also, "suburbs" is plural, so you don't say "Boston suburbs IS truly like..." but "Boston suburbs ARE truly like...".
