അദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്നു പല കാര്യങ്ങളോടും യോജക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല് ഹിന്ദു കോഡ് ബിൽ നെഹ്റുവിൻ്റെ മത നിരപേക്ഷയുടെ ഉദാഹരണമായി കരുതുന്നത് ശരിയല്ല. ഉദ്ദേശം അതയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അന്ന് തന്നെ കോമൺ സിവിൽ കോഡ് ആണ് കൊണ്ടുവരേണ്ടത്.
ഒരു മത വിഭാകത്തിന് മാത്രമായ ഒരു ബിൽ മതെതരമല്ല
