Hey friends! A question I get a lot is: How do I share my faith? GIRLS, let me be real and tell you that for SO LONG I used to (and still do sometimes) struggle with sharing the gospel message. Sharing your faith can be hard and scary BUT TAKE HEART w/ Jesus, He can make you BOLD and UNASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL! You were made to be a light in a dark world! He is calling YOU, yes YOU, to share with your neighbors, friends, family, community, and even the nations! If you struggle with sharing your faith and need some tips / how to's then here ya go! A huge thing is to get in your bible.....can't expect to share the Word if you don't know the Word. Sadly so many Christians don't even read their bibles.
Kevin B My church is currently encouraging people to read their Bibles. They printed out some reading plans so anyone could come and take a copy for themselves. I’m now reading the Bible for the first time with the chronological plan. I never really thought I’d be doing it. In the past I’d be intimidated by the thought of trying to read the Bible. It’s just so much to read, so much to try to remember. But God has been calling me to read the Bible for a while now, so here I am. It helps that I finally found a translation that’s easy for me to understand.

Unfortunately that is so true my friend. The more that we study, the more knowledge that we will gain and the Holy Spirit will guide us in what we will say when telling others about Christ. :)

I shared my faith with my mother and after many months of preaching to her, I finally realized that praying can be more important at times. She still believes in the universe, and prays to it. There's only so much we as finite beings can do by ourselves. God is in control and we must learn to trust in HIM. God bless.

Isn't it funny how people are more open to the Gospel from a total stranger than they are from the people whom they love? You are so right....we plant seeds and strangers sent by God do the rest. It seems to work. Please pray for my grandson Elijah who is currently in the hospital.

@@kundaimbelengwa4545 it's a sad story. He had been in the hospital at that writing because he had been hit by a car, his body flew up in the air, came down and was then run over by a pick up truck. We were pleading for his life...and our prayers were answered. But his pain was great. He reached age and left home. He became addicted to alcohol and then drugs. We all tried to help him...get him what he needed. He refused. He is now in another state where he assaulted his boss and was committed to the hospital. Again ...trying to get him help...still refusing. Neurologist thinks that it has a lot to do with his brain damage. He needs lots and lots of prayer. We are looking for him to be a prodigal grandson.
You have such a kind heart. Thank you Jesus for Ashley's ministry.
I REALLY want to share my faith with my dad. I love Him, and I want to see Him in eternity. I want Him to feel awesome/neverfading peace from Jesus!

Great video, the best tip that you said was that we shouldn't put pressure on ourselves and often times we do that. I think even if we're prepared and we answer every question correctly it's still not enough for most, they need to see it and experience God from themselves and they'll only get to that by reading the Bible.

I want to share my faith with a very special friend at my school. She used to be a Catholic but now she is a nonbeliever and her parents are now Buddhists. She kind of feels offended by the word 'Christians' or 'God' so I kind of feel afraid of mentioning the topic to her. But I would very much like to share that there is this awesome creator who loves her and has a purpose for her. I got so much encouragement and felt like this video was meant for me! Your words are so so so touching. Thank you for sharing these tips! And please pray for my friend; that God will work in her life and open up her heart towards Him.
Hi Graci. Pray that God will show her the truth. Also pray he will give her a desire to know the truth about Him above all the lies and beyond all the confusion of the world's view that is out there. If she knows you are a bible believing born again christian , she is no doubt watching you and making mental notes, possibly without realising. I grew up Catholic. It's what I did. I could name the people who God put in my life prior to salvation, who pointed me towards Jesus because of the way they lived. They were there when I had questions, and surprised when I asked stuff. Nobody preached at me. However, nobody hid their light from me either. I knew there was something different about these otherwise ordinary fellow uni students. Take courage. God will give you the right words at the right time. Show her your Bible, especially if it has highlights and notes like Ashley's. That is a surprise to the Catholic mind, where it is raised to the status of a holy museum piece. Nuns and priests have one, not ordinary lay people.... God bless you. God is mighty to save. 🤗

Hey, I love your heart! I have a 21yo daughter that has fallen away from the Lord. I would love to share your youtube channel with her because I think that she could relate to you. She came to the Lord at a very early age, but over the last couple of year she has made everything else a priority except her relationship with the Lord. Thank you again for sharing these tips. Sharing my faith is something that is a struggle for me, but I really want to be more intentional about.

These are amazing tips girl! I love the part of sprinkling your faith in conversation without being over bearing. At work there’s so many opportunities where people asked what did you do this weekend or what are you doing after work, and I’ve been able to say I’m going to a fellowship, I had church, bible study etc. My prayer in 2019 is to share my faith more. This is amazing thank you for continuing to share!

Today i shared the gospel with my dad ! He didnt understand / believe ut but i wasnt sad , i asked God to guard my hesrt from false expectations,, i prayed “ in Gods will and timing” so i have nothing to worry about ! I should pray and get closer emwith Him and continue the good work He set us for!

Oh my goodness!! You have no idea how much this video impacted me. I personally struggle with fear in similar ways that you discussed in the video. Being in a public school doesn’t make it easier when sharing your faith, but I believe that I can (AND WILL) do this!!

It’s okay to say “I don’t know”. It makes you more real and honest. Best advice I have is to stick to what you know from scripture and what you know to be true about God. Take the pressure off!
You won’t be able to answer my questions 😂
There are a lot of things that nobody has the answer to but that is ok! We are not meant to know everything and there are some things we may learn as we go through the journey of life with God.

I pray that may one day have friends who are also believers. I feel so lonely in this flesh. But i know i am not alone for I am in Christ.
Love this! I am so desperate to be a witness for Christ but I am still a new Christian, I feel like I need to learn so much more in order to be a good witness. I mean, as it is it would only take one question for someone to completely trip me up. But in the meantime I’m a “passive” witness with lots of t-shirts with Christian messages, and a very visible cross. :) hopefully it inspires someone.
That's great! And, as you keep reading his word and maturing in it, slowly you will find answers.
If you don't have the answer, it's actually OK to say. "I honestly don't know, but I'm trusting that Jesus has the answers I don't." It proves faith, and is totally in opposition to our world which if focused around evidence and physical proofs. It also helps you to avoid accidentally giving the wrong information. It's hard to admit we don't know all, yet it's a bold step of letting go!
'Control' by Tenth Avenue North helps me so much with this topic too. I give my answers over to God, and trust his sovereign control over my very weak words.

I won't share faith with myself and with some close friends. I hope these tips really help I hern writing prayers in a dovotanal journal and how o feel and how I would like God to work I mt my life . I love all your videos.
Hiya! I need some prayer for sharing the gospel with mom and dad! They are both athiest/agnostic and not very open to Christianity, but I want more than anything for them to know the wonderful love and hope of Jesus that I have in my heart!

Please pray for half of my older siblings! All of us were raised in a Christian home but now that everyone is grown up and on their own half of them have fallen away, a few I am not sure of, and it seems that only my parents, me and two of my sister's ( and one of their families ) are following God but the rest... I know that it is up to God to change their hearts and that I am only His vessel. I pray that He will use me for His will and not my own! Father God, thank you for all your answers to my prayers and fighting my battles. I see a necessity to dive into my bible deeper than before in order to know the bible stories even better. I am just afraid to drown in all the details I by human mind can not all comprehend. A coworker from work! I told him how excited I was for an upcoming retreat at my church and he told me he wasn’t a Christian and didn’t believe in God. I’m going to use these tips to try to help him!
Thank you so much for posting this video. I would like to ask for prayers for my husband. That he would surrender to the Lords love and ultimate plan for his life. We have struggled so much this year for different reasons but one of them is because my faith and my desire for him to come to the cross. I am guilty of adding pressure and am currently praying that I may just be a vessel, a reflection of Him, and an example of what Christ has done in me. Awesome tips Ashley! Our lives are our greatest testimony to witness to others about Christ. There so many stories and situations that are in the bible that are similar to what is going on in today's world. That is one of the methods that I use to ease God into a conversation without being harsh or sounding self righteous. Being gentle when talking to someone about God is important, because you don't want to drive them away, but to plant a seed and give them food for thought. And as you said, love them and keep praying for them that they will eventually open their hearts and except Christ as their personal Savior. :)

Amazing tips- thank you! I’ve been praying that God would provide me and show me someone to share His Love, His Truth, and His Word with. It can definitely be scary and a bit intimidating, but this is the most important thing in life and why God put us on this earth. Wonderful tips! We do put to much pressure on ourselves. I'm glad you mentioned that and hope I can stop doing that. We have to plant the seed and God will take over from there. We're the messengers of the Word for Him. I also like to sprinkle God and my salvation into conversations when ever I can...in every day life we see and speak to so many people so sometimes it helps to witness in a casual way.
Great job!! Sharing the Gospel is such a neat way to get to see God come through and show off. It’s so easy to talk yourself out of it but Philemon 7 says we will know God more by the sharing of our faith.
