    Supplies & Ingredients:
    - All Que'd Up Rockin' Rooster Bird Brine
    - Hotty Totty BBQ Crew .38 Special
    - Fergalicious Smoke Show Luv Rub
    - Kosmo's Q Rasberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
    - Turbo Trusser
    - Royal Oak All Natural Briquettes
    - Hasty Bake Legacy & Rotisserie attachment
    Start by brining your turkey in the All Que'd Up Rockin' Rooster Bird Brine for 24 hours in a briner bucket. Take it out, rinse it off, and pat it dry before seasoning with Hotty Totty .38 Special and Fergalicious Smoke Show Luv.
    Put it on the rotisserie and run it about 325 for 2-3 hours or until reading 160 in the deepest part of the white meat. Add the Kosmos Rasberry Chipotle sauce at the end and enjoy!

    Yeh, I have great rotisserie chicken .. now I'm trying the turkey ... WITH stuffing....will do 3...regular stuffing, cornbread stuffing, & bacon/rice stuffing...

      Update: Turkey#1. 15#/4hrs@ 325F
      Perfect, only change, add slightly more salt to stuffing. Picked lower & slower, but 350F would have been just as good. No higher, the stuffing DOES take a bit more to hit 165F internal.
