I'm going to start dropping the hundred part of my weight too! 👻 Kudos to one week! 🙌🏼🖤 I started yesterday on my Lose It calorie counter app & already failed. Ugh. My weakness is snacks. But I did join Jazzercise a few months ago & have been sticking with that at least 4x a week. THANK YOU for the inspo, girl!! And cheers to your move!🐈🎉
😂 I guess my brain was taking the hundred for granted. I was just working with the numbers over that 😂 snacking has been my hardest thing too, I've accepted that I can't stop eating after 8:00 so now I try to save 300 calories so I can have a snack or two 😅 I really do need to find an exercise that I enjoy, I choose a bad week to start all this with the move 😅 thank you 💜🦇❤️

You know the way to do it is to eat often and a little. And dinner has to be something light. I am also an avid eater, but i had to go on a diet while pregnat to avoid a gestational diabetes. I got so thin during my pregnancy, it was crazy. Every time i had a craving i had stuff like low fat yoghurt, nuts, fruit, vegan treats. After i gave birth i put weight back on, but losing weight is possible, i did it while pregnant, too 😆 the whole point is to eat healthier and in small amounts. Try switching out the regular pasta with pasta made from a vegetable or something. Switch out all the stuff that you feel guilty about eating with healthier options. Good luck!

That is really good any weight lost is great , 😂 yes I use to do that for myspace pictures too. I hope the cats are good for you when you move, I have to house sit for a few weeks and it's going to be interesting to get two torties into their carriers 🐈🐈
Thank you 💜 I lured them into the bathroom with wet food and then shut the door, I had already hid the cat carriers in the bathtub 😂 They weren't happy and even hissed at me, but they went in easier than I thought they would probably because they knew they were trapped 😅 it will take them awhile to get used to their new surroundings, but I think they'll be okay 💜

I really appreciate you doing this and keeping us up to date on your progress; and what you are eating, etc. :) I'm not sure how I'm doing. I have been just guessing the calories and have only had one mess up. My son wanted me to try his pizza which has gluten, and I'm not supposed to eat it at all. I did end up eating two small bites because it smelled so good. It actually was really good and the gluten doesn't seem to have affected me too much. But i jumped right back into eating right when i got home. I may or may not have lost two lbs. My weight fluctuates from morning to night and so I have to weigh myself again tomorrow and see what's happening. Also that brings me right back to where I've been for four years; so it's like I didn't lose anything yet. I had gained 2 lbs on Mother's Day from eating some Macademia nut ice cream that has sugar in it, and some Almond Rocca. My mother loved it, and it was her three year anniversary of passing away a few days before Mother's Day. I was feeling sorry for myself missing her, so I kind of messed up. But I don't know if I will do it again soon. I was thinking of giving myself one day a month, or maybe two days a month, to eat at least one thing I've been missing. Not sure if that would cause issues, but at least I wouldn't feel so deprived. Anyhow that was a long explanation of what I've been doing on the weight loss journey. This is only week two for me and I've had at least one day each week where I did not meet my calorie goal and went over 😅 But I think one cheat day a week won't completely destroy things. It might just take an extra month to get to my goal weight 💜
@@delialefay13 I understand and having something you love may help you to stay on the diet in the long run. I feel like if I can never have at least one thing I enjoy now and then, I might not stay on the diet. I heard women in France do that. They seem to be able to stay in shape pretty well over there.

So far so good. You’re doing great. How did it go moving the cats?
I tricked them into the bathroom where I had the cat carriers hidden so it didn't go too terribly, they're both hiding in the new room.. after a few days I will let them into the rest of the house
And strangely they were silent the whole drive, last time we moved. They yelled at me the whole time 😂
