    Doing great! If you like snacks, not sure how you feel about veggies, I love mixing plain Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning and more of a higher protein but not calorie dip for some veggies and makes it more filling! Not sure if you like that stuff

      That actually sounds really good 😋 a healthier ranch dip, I do a lot of carrots and celery with hummus so this would be good to change it up a little 💜 thank you 💜

    I'm so glad you updated on the move too :) You are doing great a pound a week is awesome. Ive been on Optivia and all the recipes for the lean and green meals are on Pinterest or possibly FB .. I have lost 35 lbs so far. My problem was sugar and chocolate so finding things that are low carb and sugar have been key for me. As far as working out I dance so the pole dance for exercise sounds fantastic!

    We don't use meal services...my hubby and I like to cook, and we're cheap! 😂

    I don't use a meal box thing, but I do most of my shopping each week on my own. I just make a plan and do certain things. I've had to take up diabetic meal planning and honestly it's working. My husband has lost about ten pounds so far and between what I've done I've lost about thirty. But his weight loss was only in the past one or two months, and we are doing it in a very healthy manner. I'm glad to see you settling in. Moves are very annoying sometimes. Can't wait to see the area when you're finished. If you need some tips on diet stuff, you know where to find me. :) --V

    Always tough get things in place when you move. But hopefully you get there soon. At least you can get is as you want.
    I don't use that type of service. Shouldn't work with my way to eat nowadays.
    And you are doing well. It's good take it slow, cause then the skin have a better chance follow the weightloss.

    Progress is being made on all fronts. That’s great. If you find a form of exercise you enjoy you can eat a bit more. I run or jog and while I don’t love it, I love the fact that I can eat more stuff I’m not supposed to. 😂

      It's such a overwhelming task, thought I was done with the craft stuff and then found six more boxes 😂 My clothes are all packed in these duffel-like things and I have about 10 of those and I can't start putting clothes up until I build my closet and I can't build my closet till I get my power drill from the old house when I go to clean it 😅

    I'm glad you got to finish your move and seem to be enjoying your new place :) I'm also happy for you that your weight loss journey is progressing well. I haven't lost any weight and know that I am not going over 900 to 1000 calories a day. It's very discouraging and I am eating healthy and being careful. Maybe I'm not getting enough exercise; I don't know, but I just wish I would lose at least a little; it would give me some hope :(

      Thank you 💜 That sounds very hard and frustrating, I can't imagine having less than a thousand calories a day, And then on top of always being hungry still not losing weight 😭 I hope you get over this plateau soon 💜

    Make sure you keep and food and exercise journal those things are you best friend trust me i just got one done i create my own and get inspiration from other people's etc and do my own its actually fun and buy a fit bit as well there about the most accurate on the market

      I'm using an app for counting calories, it can also keep track of exercise but I haven't started using it for that yet 😅

      @@delialefay13 unfortunately apps are not the way to go they are so inaccurate especially walking apps etc and did you know science has actually proven writing with pen and paper is way more brain enhancing aka stops you from getting Alzheimer's etc when your older using phones for everything has been proven to lower your IQ Level etc ( I'm a science nerd big time and go by science with so many things ) and phones are a leading cause of brain rotting away and the cause of brain clots because if radiation and blue light , blue light accelerates aging process causes skin problems etc but in the end you do you and I'm a big time supporter of yours and always will be

    And by the way weights and cardio are your best friend just make sure you have the balance of the two gym big time i would go back to the gym if i could ( to expensive out here in Australia) so all i have in my weights etc in mother nature nothing like it to be honest

    You are getting exercise by moving around lifting and bending pulling and walking that is exercise lol and I lost 134lbs in 5 months doing the Apple cinder vinegar diet you can Google for the recipe and for snacking try grape lemon and lettuce and mini carrots with pepper and lime with and drink a bottle of water before every meal it help to get you fuller faster good luck Hun . And how are your fuzzy wuzzy kitty cats well I hope .❤😊

    I've not yet tried a meal service but most of them have meals my wife and I wouldn't eat.

    I haven't even started my exercise part yet the healthy eating is a sort of i cant handle this three meals a day thing im to use to only eating once a day because i had to train myself for that due to food been way to expensive here in Australia its a slow Po part at the moment but im getting there the motivation is there is just getting up and getting the exercise done my sleep is very screwed up due to living circumstances and to use to going to bed at one in the morning and sleeping until ten in the morning i love watching the biggest loser it gives me drive and its what gave me the incentive to do when i was in my 30's when i lost all my weight in 6 months and i was a big girl bigger then you gorgeous ill get there i know i will

      @@delialefay13 my favourite back in the day was Zumba big time that was my cardio key to loosing weight try Zumba it's fun and you don't even realise your exercising
