    3:15 There's a gripless squat. I've never agreed with the SS shoulder destroying squat grip, as I don't believe it is common for the bar to just fall off your back. Like most SS zealots that guy seems so concerned with getting his shoulder blades together that he's abandoned common sense.

      Shape = skeleton, muscle, and fat. You're born with the skeleton. SS adds the muscle. Fat is up to you and your habits in the kitchen.

      How does this guy NOT look good?
      If you lay the foundation of strength, you’ll eventually look good. It will be gradual, but if you stick with it, all of a sudden people will notice you. You’ll look like you lift weights with clothes ON. Clothes that don’t have to be skin tight or “skinny” and you’ll look good.
      You’ll fill out a pair of jeans in all areas. You’ll fill up a Tshirt. You might have a belly button you’ll be bigger in the shoulders and neck too.
      You’ll smile at women and the smile back and it won’t be the pitty smile either. It’ll be a “God damn!! That’s a handsome man!” They’ll smile cuz you got this aura of confidence about you cuz you know you look good. You walk with your head high. All cuz you are stronger.
      This stuff works. I promise you it does!! Just stick with it for a few years and BAM! You’ll get it like I did.

    Just join a regular gym. No one needs the ss bull crap. Watch some you tube videos about form and keep working at it. You don’t need to spend hundred of dollars a month just to have a “coach” teach you basic lifts, and to add 5 pounds each session. Plus real gyms have better equipment and more of it. Hell my garage gym gas better equipment than these franchised gyms. I feel sad for the people who don’t know any better.

      Coaching is really helpful if you can comfortably afford it. If you live in a developed country, I’m sure you waste hundreds of dollars a month on all kinds of stupid BS that’d make the global south see red. It’s all relative.
