Do they fit together? Good question 😁. I think you have the answer already. Aoki's song "Waste it on me" feature vocals by BTS (jk, jimin & rm) while BTS' "Truth Untold" was produced by Aoki. These 2 are a must listen 😁.

Aoki also helped producing the truth untold, which is a completly different song from the vocal line. Bts also created a story about smeraldo flower, which was used to write the lyrics of the truth untold

@Rosa t - The story & song for Truth Untold was from an Italian folk-tale called, 'La Città di smeraldo' that takes place in a small town in Italy in the 1500s-1600s. The flower is however referenced in the Bangtan Universe storyline.
@@sariel8406 Actually Rosa t is right. BTS created the story and the flower, too. If you research it, the story was spread around by a florist that supposedly met a woman who told him the story and he went to Italy, looking for the flower, wanting to sell it in his flower shop. Except the flower doesn't actually exist, the name of the woman that told him the story translates to "Love" and the name of the florist translates to "Yourself". BTS even created an instagram account for the florist. BTS made up the whole thing just for the purpose of promoting the idea of loving yourself.

FYI: the song was inspired by Obama's mic drop. Also, while I like this version, I prefer the original.....they also did one with Desiigner and Aoki that was used for US radio....again....prefer the original.

Yess! I'm so happy with how much love and support he has for so many kpop artists, how he's always there for them and how he knows how to make them smile and quietly show suport when they're struggling (i.e. how he showed support for monsta x with wearing a diy ot7 jacket)

Hey Esaveo! I subscribed to your channel a couple of weeks ago, I guess since you started covering BTS! I love watching you fall in love with these guys, I love your personality, honesty and your vibe, you're just all around, a cool guy! I first fell in love with BTS about 4 or 5 years back, I guess when Mic Drop first came out, that's the song that caught my attention and I've been a huge fan since then, my teenage daughters introduced me to the whole kpop world, lol ... This one's more hip hop based, which is probably why the melody line is more (like you said, I don't want to label it like this, but can't find better words for it) simple. Mic Drop's definitely one of my favs though. It slaps hard. You should also check out their older hip hop songs too, as well as their other songs.

Aoki hasn’t specifically ‘remixed’ it, he might of put some little tweaks in here and there, but the most significant change is the chorus and other parts being turned to english. ☺️💜
Now that you pointed it out, RM did give off Bakugo-like vibe! I love his hair and outfit here. One of his best looks, in my opinion.

I agree, he looks so cool with his hair like that. I think it's my favorite look on him tbh. He pulls it off really well. I've seen Jhope do something similar (his was more a dreadlock/twists mutation but it had the same vibe) in his cover of Chicken Noodle Soup (which you should totally watch cause it's amazing) and a specific mic drop performance and he pulls it off really well as well :)

This was the first time BTS incorporated English into a song for the American market. Steve Aoki was a featured collaborator on a BTS song that was released and was a big hit earlier without so many English verses. It was a pretty great song before Aoki was involved. (This is called the Steve Aoki re-mix). btw... I love RM's hair in this video too :)

You should react to their full albums tbh. I recommed Love Yourself: Tear which is the best out of their most recent albums in my opinion and has lots of different and interesting sounds in it. I think you would enjoy it a lot.

One thing I'd like you to be aware of is this is one of the first music videos that they had some money to make it with more than just with whatever they could scrounge together. There is a behind the scenes music video for this song too. I wanted to let you know that CJ Lyons recently came out with a book where the main charecter has senses similar to yours where he sees colors with sounds. It's a mystery titled, COLOR BLIND. For the art piece, you can go to a hobby store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. You can get pieces to make a frame or have them do it for you. The last piece I had done was a BTS poster. XD

I tend to recommend Mic Drop (Steve Aoki Remix) because it’s one of my favorite songs. When I was a new fan, I could not stop listening to this song everyday in my commute, over and over again. And I play it loud and proud 😆 But maybe you should listen to the original version, because it’s not extremely different actually. It has more of an old school hip-hop vibe. The remix just hyped up more and playing with the sound. I like both songs. You might notice the remix has more english than the original.
I don't know why, but when you said "residency" I immediately thought of med school graduates and their residencies....to say the least, I was deeply confuzzled. Thank you for your reaction, I really enjoy how you take the time to fully react to the song and pause it so you don't miss anything!

What a coincidence! I just started watching attack on titan last week! It's my first time watching an anime series. Like religiously following the story. I've seen naruto, bleach, one piece, dragon ball and lot more anime series before on tv but i wasn't able to follow the storyline really, just casually watching here and there. Btw. Nice Attack on Titan shirt. 👌🏻I love AOT and Demon Slayer. Demon Slayer has nice animation style, but to me was the most interesting thing about this one specific thought. That all monsters and demons were once people. That whatever someone does, be it the worst, people aren't just black or white. It's much much more complicated. And we might say we know that of course. But do we? I think it just made me truly realize that.

I was going to watch this while I waited for Bangtantv to post 12 hours of BTS concerts last night but this wasn't up yet. The concerts are on again 8pm to 8am tonight Pacific Standard Time. I won't stay up all night for it so I will miss some of their concerts. I think they started with earliest concerts coming forward. I read on the Bighit app Weverse that this will happen for 5 weekends. Last night was day 1. Tonight day 2. The concert is called BangBangCon.
