Hello! I hope everyone enjoy the video. This video is taken before MCO. Thank you for watching the video and please be safe and healthy! Have a good day!!! 😊
We have many types of sambal. 1) Sambal ikan bilis (usually for nasi lemak) 2) Sambal belacan (for fried rice) 3) Sambal hijau pedas 4) Sambal cili cabai merah The one u eat is the Sambal belacan. Fish in mamak stall usually alot of bonessss haha
Oppa, i'm saving all ur videos so when i'm on a cruise ship in a few days with no wifi, i can still enjoy watching again. You make everyone smile n happy. You're the BEST food vlogger now. Enjoy n stay safe 👍👍
Your favorite sambal is 'SAMBAL TUMIS' or 'SAMBAL NASI LEMAK'. Malaysia have lot kind of sambal. Sambal tumis Sambal belacan Sambal totok Sambal jawa Sambal hijau Sambal nasi ayam 🤣🤣
Mr.chu.. that gochujang u asked is " sambal tumis " or say " red sambal ", there many different kinds of sambal in malaysia.. but.. sambal belacan also good.. its nasi goreng partner
@@chubro yes all sambal sauce can be use wherever and whenever u want.. as long as its masitso, u can eat it with any foods u like.. but dont put in sikhye or makgeolli kkkkkk
Next time when you want sambal, don't say sambal sauce. Some will confuse whether if you want sambal or chilli sauce. Just ask for sambal. And for sambal, there are many types of sambal like sambal kicap (chilli + soy sauce), sambal belacan (shrimp paste sambal), sambal tumis (usually the red sambal). Love watching your video 😊
😂😂, your fellow diners 'hairan' when you said sedaaap 😂😂😂. The fish is cincaru i think, stuff with coconut and some spices and your kopi is tapau ikat tepi😋😋🤤🤤
Actually, Malaysia have many kind of sambal. 1. Sambal (the basic type of sambal. We add it in Nasi Lemak) 2. Sambal Belacan (the sambal with different colour and taste. Its more sour taste😋. We eat with Nasi Goreng = fried rice) 3. Sambal Kicap (its a different kind of sambal with soy sauce. We eat it with Pisang Goreng = fried banana. Also we eat with many kind of soup to more spicy) 4. And more , I cant remember because its too many😂😂
We call it ikan sumbat🐟 ..Chu,,,be careful !!..fish is usually a lot of bone...if not,u can ' tercekik tulang '.🤦♀️..so many type of nasi goreng..u also can try nasi goreng USA,nasi goreng pattaya, nasi goreng udang or nasi goreng cendawan & many more🤔🤗...anyway...enjoy your food..seedaaappp !!👌👌👍😋
Now you are my favourite youtuber, bcos you really enjoyed malaysian food, its ok if you dont know what you eat,you can asked people around, they ll happy to assist and help you,Malaysian people very friendly and very helpful😊no need to worries,
Wait till you get to order a DIY nasi Lemak from a Nasi Lemak stand there will be so many sambal to choose from. Seafood sambal dish, chicken, stinky bean and etc. Malay mix rice store or Mamak will have Sambal Belacan used for eating fried rice or if you eat rice with dishes. Some shops do green, some red, depending on what type of chilli they use (green or red). There is Belachan (Shrimp paste block) inside, with chillis and etc. I prefer green ones because not too spicy. Every shop will taste different because how they salt and sugar to taste depends on the chef, U can order Cili Potong (cut chilli) with Soy Sauce when u go Chinese restaurants and u eat soup noodles/kueytiaw. For curry mee, they will give you a red sambal (more sour salty) as well but not a nasi lemak sambal (spicy, sweet). When you go to mamak and eat a Roti Canai, ask for Dhal curry and sambal. They will mix a red sambal into your dhal, also very nice. If you go eat Pan Mee Soup (say go try at Ah Cheng Laksa (in most malls)) they put a green belacan sambal as your side. Squeeze some lime inside and eat with your noodle..very nice. If you get the chance to try Soto Ayam from night market or stall, it comes with a black sambal sauce. Spicy. Use sparingly. If you ever get to try Lontong (Rice cakes, in yellow vege curry), it comes with peanut sauce and red sambal. Ask for Sotong (Squid) sambal if they have. Pairs well together. If you eat Pulut Kuning (Yellow Sticky Rice), it come with a red Sambal tumis (with onions) If you get to go to a Nasi Padang shop (Kampung Baru has some nice ones), they have Sambal Ijo (Green), and Sambal Merah. These are lightly spicy, but they are fried sambal and has a unique taste. If you are more adventurous, one day you can try Sambal Tempoyak (which is fermented durian with Chilli), Its sour and spicy and doesnt really smell like durian much anymore. Theyre usually at Malay Mix Rice shop when Durian is in season. Malaysia is a multicultural country....There are so many other types of sambal to discover out there... Happy eating Chu!!
WWOOOOOOWWWWW!!This is so amazing!!! I really appreciate your explanation and perfect Samabal combination with foods!!!! Thank you!!! Have a great day!🙏👍😆😊🙆
