Hi Brad, I do see these as educational videos... not necessarily because I'm going to rip open my amps and have at them (although I have done a few jobs on my own amps), but because it helps us understand how amp circuits work, how to better look after them, what problems we experience might be caused by, and how to communicate more effectively (and vette) our local amp techs.
Its invaluable, man! ...and served with a touch of snark, which is always fun :)

Re "pot metal": I don't know what the alloy is made of nowadays, but sometimes really old pot metal becomes so unstable that it literally cracks and crumbles and falls apart. I once rebuilt a meter from a really early piece piece of test equipment where the cast bracket that held and supported the meter assembly had literally broken apart in chunks and had to be painstakingly glued back together.

Dude your instructional approach is awesome. Some of us are into electronics, but don't work on amps necessarily and therefore its great info. Cheers again bro. Btw, anyone as good as you that you'd recommend in Perth?>

Those types of miniature green pots with plastic shafts will often have lubricant around the shaft that appears to be some kind of clear silicone with a consistency and viscosity similar to honey. It may not react well with some control cleaners and its best not to displace it into the resistance elements of the pots. The first time one cleans the pots in a never-before-seen piece of equipment, use your control cleaner very sparingly and cross your fingers beforehand. Sometimes one runs across certain pots that no known control cleaner seems to work on without causing them to become sticky or even seize up completely.

Brad himself is indeed a bit of a character, but if judged by the content of his character he will easily pass inspection. Of course, that's easy for me to say, being a bit of a weirdo myself😃!

@BradsGuitarGarage thank you for confirming that..Amplified Parts spits that part when i search 2018 DSL 100..and....I can't find a board tho...is one out there?
Or not since a board seems to not be an issue as often?
Mine has melted resistors on it 😬
Thinking of tossing it as I have already bought a Bugera 1960 and a 20 watt plexi.

As far as I know, the conductive PCB issue has never arisen on that model to date.

@BradsGuitarGarage makes sense...mine has some resistors that got hot and began to melt into the board.. Hopefully it can be repaired... Again I appreciate your quick response..
