This guy is so calm flying sometimes I forget he isn't in a simulator and it is real life.
it's CGI just like the moon landing and spacex launches
The sim is probably harder with the emergencies on a refresh or check ride.
Are you kidding? I've had major sweats in the simulator. 😂
The casual "that's not a problem, Max" at 12:39 with Fort Worth. Love it!
I have to say I know nothing about a plane, only seen coach, it sure is nice seeing how the cockpit works, I surely have alot of respect for pilots, fascinating to watch, thank you
Agreed
Should take an exploratory flight at your local flight school. Even sitting right seat, it’s wild to handle the yoke at altitude, even in a 172 :)
@@MikeLikesChannel That is definitely one of the highlights of my childhood is doing a discovery flight.
working from home has its percs i can watch my guy citation all day lol and im early lol
Haha awesome! Thanks for watching
In this video: “November 2 Romeo Foxtrot” to Dallas now boarding, platform 2. Too excited to see his videos.
Must say, watching your videos is the main reason I have decided to get into aviation… currently working on my PPL. Awesome video as always, Max.
Thanks for adding the "date filmed" tag.
Gotta love that last min landing clearance. 😂
Wish you had been my flight instructor when I started out in Cessnas. I soloed in four hours but my flight instructor constantly yelled all the time, what I like about your videos you explain everything you’re doing even though it’s a jet it’s easy to understand
My Instructor throughly pre-briefed and demanded my understanding of all phases of flight and what was expected....Instructions and guidance, but yelling...NEVER... he was professional, demanding....but his lessons stayed with me...FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!
@@brendand7948 more like pretty reckless
A solo in 4 hours 🤣 no way
Good 🌄 Morning
Safe Flying from HawkFeather Aviation
That black jet in the start is hella nice.
Love flying with you, Max. Thanks for taking us along. You are so cool, and calm. Safe flying and blue skies. Love from Ireland.
“Greased it”. Cracks me up every time!!! Nice flight!
0:07 that black and neon green falcon was pretty tho
Too cool! Heard you on the radio Monday while I was flying from Texas to Florida!
As a former NYer and current Dallasite this was nice to see. Great vid
Nice gulfstream landing at 2:44 nice for Max to put that in
I am so ready for them to finish the reconstruction of 13R at Love Field. It has been down for a year now. On the plus side, it has moved all the landing and departing traffic closer to where I can watch all the planes from the balcony off my home’s master bedroom.
And they don't look like they're gonna be done anytime soon. Last time I drove by, there was still a mountain of debris at the approach in of 31L!
Max great to hear you put out to the public " stay ahead of the airplane " it's key !
Max, because of you, I've finally signed up for ground school! I'm taking the first steps to get my license, and I'm super excited!
Have fun and good luck!
The sound of the engines firing up is totally the best, Max. I agree.
Appreciated that you put the date it was filmed.
Loved this video....as usual
25 minutes White Plains to Dallas, supersonic Max!!!
Today you're are finding. yourself in my neck of the woods, enjoy Dallas!
Thank you for the ride Max...have a safe one. God bless ya.✌♥️😇✈🛫🛬
Unsure what was more unique in that video. A non-SWA flight in KDAL or a Delta call sign on the tower frequency. Great ride along, thanks for having me. Apologies if I left any crumbs on the upholstery!
i love flying with you..you calm assuring nature is very welcomed!
I truly love his calm situational awareness as he keeps us all in the knowledge loop! It is so enjoyable to be sitting in the right seat with him!
soloed at HPN in 1966. Flew for a major corp in 1977. great to see my ole stomping grounds
Ahhhh - Welcome to Dallas!!! This is just SUCH a wonderful experience to watch - I've been on a Citation - only to see it - never flown on one - my dream would be to fly on one - LOVE this video!! Such intelligence to learn to fly such an expensive piece of equipment!!! You are awesome!!!! I hope you had a fun time in Dallas.
23:14 And over to our left we have Popeyes, Whataburger and Panda Express.
Max! Good catch on not receiving landing clearance! Thanks for a great flight, culminating in a Blue Bunny ice-cream sandwich. Ahhhh... !
Love the sound of those engines. Live the life, brother!
Great seeing 2RF coming into KDAL - my home airport! Nice Approach and Landing Max!
Excellent comms skills. Succinct, off the air. Many should emulate Max's ATC comms.
Wow! that made 800 feet in no time, what a great ride that must be Max. Safe flight!
Cool seeing N999EA, that black plane at the start, sometimes I see it parked next to the Netjets hangar when I drive by the road parallel to it
I so look forward to your videos. I've never seen anyone so happy to be working. I admire how much you truly enjoy what you do. You are an inspiration. Thank you Max.
Thanks Tim! Appreciate your kind words. Take care
I read your about me section on your site. I like that fact that you talked about your start, it's inspirational. Motivating stuff. Thanks 🙏
Great flight Max, bit of topic but blue ribbon is the best ice cream brand.
Super video Max!! Thanks for letting us ride along!!
Nice flight as always, Max! Thanks for the ride.
Thanks for taking us along! We really enjoy your flight experiences.
Another nice flight. Thanks for the invite to go along.
Nice way to spend the morning watchin this from snowy, murky Canada
Most of my exact words that I used to say when I was doing push-ups up and down up and down sure brings back memories thanks
Yesss
What do you say? Even though we are separated by thousands of miles, I have the feeling that I am flying with you on a plane. That feeling and my feelings cannot be taken away from me. Thank you very much once again for allowing us to fly with you across beautiful America.
It's fun to find where my house is as you flew over Lake Lavon. Great video. Thank you for sharing.
Nice! Thanks for the ride, Max. Haven't seen Greg in a while now. If you're ever at KDTN let me know. Tubreaux's is a great FBO. Country Tavern ribs are on me. Ask Greg about Country Tavern. :)
Cheers from Louisiana.
Always fun to come along for the ride
Going for those cookies!
good 2 see u back flying
Super awesome to see another upload max! Thanks for taking us along
Great flight Max! Thanks for sharing with us!
Always enjoy your videos thanks for taking the time and effort to post them..
When I first visited Dallas in the 90's for a 911 conference. Again stayed there in the 2005 for a MS conference. Both times stayed at the Hilton Anatole and watched jets / planes fly out of Loves Field. The top level bar was a fun place to watch them fly out of at a distance. Hope the family and you are doing well. Take care - be safe. Spin
Excellent flight Max
Always great to fly along with you Max. Another great video!
Great job Max. Lol "Love tower - 2RF - Landing clearance?"
Awesome video, Max! Thanks for sharing.
Max I enjoy watching your blog and after I watched the one where you had new software and possibly new screens installed in Kansas I was telling my nephew about you and your plane. Matt said he worked on your jet but did not meet you. Matt is one nice guy and I feel privileged to be related to him.
I forgot to tell you Max that if you go back to Kansas I would drive to meet you myself! I live in NW Iowa like 4 to 5 hours from Olathe Kansas .
23:15 This a/p is indeed quite busy. The major airlines go a few miles west of here to DFW, but THIS is Southwest Airlines' home base and HQ. Their HQ building is just to the right of the runway. That lake is Bachman Lake, there is a walking/jogging trail that goes around that lake. To the left is a bridge that crosses over to the other side of the lake. When planes are landing it seems they are are so low that you could reach up and hang on to the landing gear! I tried it a few times, but didn't have enough spring in my legs! You can't tell it from here, but if you must go beyond the runaway (south) there is major traffic and gas stations. Neighborhoods are all around, and downtown Dallas is only a few miles away. That is why many consider Love Field a dangerous airport (as compared to airports like DFW) It is so fun though lining up under the planes from that perk and watching them land! The RUclipsr "74 Gear" Kelsey a 747 got his initial training at Red Bird a/p a few miles southwest of here.
Nice flight Max, enjoyed it, love Love Field!!!
Lovely. Thanks for letting us fly along. Another fun flying vid. Hope you and yours have a great year.
Always a great flight Max!! Keep on flying!! 👍👍👍😍😍😍😃😃😃
Awesome landing in those CRAZY winds. Love your vids!
Awesome ride.
Enjoyed the flight. Thanks for the video!
Love watching you fly. A few years back I got really interested in all things aviation but unfortunately haven't been in a position to be able to learn to fly.
I watched two F-18s take off from that Love runway (13L) today. Pretty damn cool.
it is still so amazing to watch and listen to you fly Max, love all of the explanations (non-flyer here).
Wooooo new CitationMax vid! I've been through most of your content already and I'm excited to be here within an hour of it being posted! You've inspired me to pursue my PPL, thank you for your videos.
Nice flight
Great flight - thanks so much for sharing. Happy new year.
Max -- Thanks for sharing this flight. It was a fun one.
Cheers!
Thank you Brandon!! Happy New Year
So nice, living the dream.
That departure was beautiful!
Hi Max Happy New Year !!!! well I really enjoyed this one.... thanks for sharing !!!! ..... All The Best !!!!
Professionalism from start to finish, always a pleasure to ride along with you Max👌I know if I was sat in your aircraft I would be in the safest hands possible👍
Love flying with you! Your the best pilot! Grandma
Interesting approach into Dallas, Love Field. I know I speak for a lot of people - thanks for getting out so many videos. I know it's a lot of work editing these things together!
Am I the only one who creeps on here at night before going to bed? I don’t know why but these videos are very calming to me. Ironic, for a person who is terrified of flying.
Earth is for sure flat, this is so amazing. How peaceful it must be to fly at that altitude.
Another great video. Really soothing watching you fly. Everything confident and ahead of the plane. My kind of pilot!
Thanks Jack!
Fantastic flight again as always Max, and yep, you definitely greased it! I am about to start flight school (once I get funding secured); one thing I have started doing is seeing if I can answer the ATC calls as I'm watching your videos, so that I won't suck too badly on the radios when I do start flying.
Shout-out to Bachman Lake, the lake in your thumbnail just short of the Love Field runway. It's a wonderful park, full of a bluebonnets in spring, next to a vibrant Latino neighborhood.
Thanks for these videos my dad had in the late 80’s and early 90’s had a Rockwell Commander. Haven’t been in a plane since like 1992 these videos make my day. Thanks for posting them.
Great flight. 👍 hello from east Texas
Thanks for a Great Flight, as usual.
Nice job! Very cool plane and video.
I live my flying dreams through your videos. Thanks😎
Better selection than just cookies!
Staying ahead of the aircraft ..... indeed wow!
Your such a good pilot, Max. Great video
Hello Max, just wanted to say thanks for explaining whats going on with your readouts, even though it is way above my head, I still like hearing it. Happy skies!
Hey Max..Houston area here. Glad you got to fly to Texas. Awesome video.
You're right about that start up sound, amazing! Sort of like a baby GE-90.
Bought a pair of Randolph’s after hearing you talked about how nice they were…. Your endorsement was spot-on!
I love watching your vlogs - the incredible views and the way you are always so calm and respectful with ATC. I'm sure that I saw a video with Owen in the right seat but can't find it now. Was it just an amazing dream??
Welcome to Dallas!
