This is the best pot lid organizer for my cabinet. Watched a ton but yours is the best. Straight info & technique without wasteful chatter! Thank you!! ❤️
It was a little flimsier than I expected. I had to add a 2x2 piece of wood to the bottom on the rear side in order to stabilize it better ruclips.net/user/postUgkxXTh-lz-8W6GcB219vTLp27-MxbZYObBX . It is also starting to bow a little at the outer wall ( I've had it up for about 6 months), I've already had a shelf tumble down because of the bow and the fact that the little shelf brackets are quite short. I went out to home depot and got some longer ones so that the shelves don't tumble down again. Overall, it looks very nice for the price and it holds a lot ( I use it as a pantry). I am very satisfied with my purchase. I just strongly suggest reinforcing it before putting it up.
Another idea for the pot lids, would be to add two long tension rods at the same level, about 7" below the top of the cabinet. The idea is to arrange them like railroad tracks across the length of the cabinet, from side to side. Then, you can just rest your potlids there, upside down, and you can just grab them from a higher level without needing to stoop down very much, and you might have enough room to slide them to one side or the other, to give just a little more choice and convenience with how they're organized. The small pot at the top of the rack may then need to be moved to the corner where the potlids once were, but that works fine to make more space for the potlids at the top. Both ways to organize the potlids are good, but the advantage of the tension rods are that they're adaptable to work for other projects, too, as needed.
WOW, had no idea command hooks were that strong lol! I've been watching alot of videos on cabinet remodels & I really love your pots & pans organizer the best! Thank you!
You need to get heavy duty ones! It would be best to attach it the right way to your cabinet. But if you can’t, definitely make sure you get heavy duty hooks! And your welcome I’m so glad you are here. 🥰
Someone must have a camera in my dining room, I just spent the afternoon into evening Totally rearranging my pots and pans and Tupperware cabinets because I wanted to be able to use a 3 tier shelving organizer for my canned goods , but the cabinet right next to the stove , where I had been keeping the canned goods wasn’t tall enough for the 15” tall shelving . So I moved all my Tupperware out and was able to use the 3 tier unit on one side of the cabinet and an expandable shelf on the left side( it is a big cabinet). It is going to be much more efficient this way🙂.
I’m so sad 😞 I clicked on this video so excited because I have a dumb cabinet with a shelf. It doesn’t come out and I’m a renter :( I’m so perplexed on how to organize this cabinet
I thought about that, but we don't use the lids very much. So for us it was easier not to, that way the kids could just easily put the pots back in place!
When I tell friends something is driving me nuts they tell me it'll be a short drive.
They're right. lol
Thanks for the video. I needed the ideas.

Found a solution. Thanks so much for sharing.
You're welcome! Glad you figured something out.
@@AliciaLarie1 All thanks to you! This pan organizer rack is such a lifesaver. Hubby was like 😆 "what is this contraption?!"

Thanks!! 😊
My lower cabinets have a vertical wood strip in the middle . It makes it hard to put in a pot organizer like this. 😔
My cabinets in my new house do too, but I made it work. I'll have to do an updated video!
I was thinking of getting this, Great idea, but it's taking so much space.
It does, but I mean so do the pots and pans. For us, this was better so my kids know where to put them and don't just toss them in the cabinet.
Where did she get the pot & pan and lid rack from and how much was it.
Amazon has some for about $20-$25
The links are in the description box for you!

That's so awesome! I need to organize more of my kitchen cabinets!! Way to be productive!
love this😍
Thank you! 🥰
Mount the lid thing on the inside of the door
That's a good idea too!
Really wish there was a better system than this. I have it too and though it does work it’s so cheaply made and pans do shift around.
I have that same strainer ❤️
I’ve had this one foreverrrrr. 🙂
Starts at 3:15
What size cabinet is that? 30in/36in?
Gosh I'm not sure and now I don't live there anymore, lol. I'm sorry I didn't see your comment sooner. It was a pretty big cabinet.
Very nice
Thank you! 😘

Gas line freaking me out
I’d have just flipped the kids upside down on the pots. But looks good

Background music drove me away
You can mute it lol

@@pamelamorrisonnwelp someone's also watching this in 2024 😂
Horrible background music (noise) .
Sorry. 🤷🏻♀️
So your not really a perfectionist, just like to say you are. It’s ok!
Part perfectionist, lol. With certain things!
