Totally agree with you. Regeneration precedes faith. How can a spiritually dead person come to faith? That is impossible if he will be left by his own power and will. That's why Yeshua said in John 15, "apart from me YOU CAN DO NOTHING..." No dead person can make themselves move to do something. Likewise with the spiritually dead. No matter how many times we try to preach the gospel to a certain person, unless, the Holy Spirit quickens him, then he won't repent and believe in the gospel of salvation. Hence, Yeshua said in John 3:3, 5..."you MUST be born again."

In a nutshell, the core of Calvinism paints a God who decides to give up on you before He even tried to love you, just because He can. :(
God is not TRYING to love us. He loved us with an everlasting love. And in love, He has chosen us before the foundation of the world.

It sounds good kasi the phrases I mentioned above are from the Bible (Jer 31:3, EPH 1:4) Alam mo bro, kung ang isang pinili ay sinabihan patungkol sa katotohanan ng Bibliya tulad ng mga verse na binaggit ko ay either titibay ang faith kung naborn again na siya or sasampalataya kung hindi pa naboborn again. However kung ang isang hindi naman pinili ay sinabihan ng katotohanan ng pagpili ng Diyos, wala naman siyang magiging paki because the things that are of God will not be understood by those are not of God.
Kapag ikaw ba ay sinabihan ng Bibliya na itinakda ka sa impiyerno, would you have the audacity na magreklamo sa Diyos, knowing full well na you fall short of the glory of God?
