What a beautiful match to watch! Lebrun's backhand is usually so strong the opponent makes a passive return, but Jang is so fast, so good at footwork, he can counter it and Lebrun is not fast enough to recover. Some breathtaking step-asides from Jang. Jang can also slow down and spin the ball. Superb work.

@@ziqiangwang537 The overwhelming popularity with shake hand speaks the truth about the backhand weakness of traditional pen hold. Now, RPB is something else, being a recreational player by myself, I found RPB is quite awkward, and putting a lot of stress on wrist. Chance is very small (if not zero) that RPB will become dominant style of play.

    I expected this result.
They were playing each other for the second time, so Jang Woojin was sure they would be well-prepared.
A step-around forehand is the best way to contain Felix RBD. And JW forehand has a lot of power.
It is amazing that at 17 years old he is already a target to be studied and hunted.

I agree it should not be encouraged, but nobody is perfect, it will happen. It depends how often and how bad they act out.
Felix is one of the biggest stars in table tennis right now, there is a lot of pressure on him due to the high expectations everybody have from him.
What the commentator said makes sense. He was honest: as a professional, he cannot support it, but as a player himself, he understands the feeling and probably acts out as well sometimes.
