Theres a netflix documentary on her! The mystery was solved. She had severe mental health issues
and a habbit of not taking her medication. She decided to stop taking her meds while on her trip and
her mental health declined and she started to believe she was being followed. She stopped checking
in with her parents. Eventually her paranoia got so bad that she climbed onto the roof, opened the
water tank, and jumped in to hide in it. She started to drown in the tank and took off her clothes to
make it easier to swim up. She drowned because she couldnt climb out.
This is why mental health help is so important. She shouldnt have been allowed to go on that trip
alone given her current mental state and known habits of stopping her medication.
Edit: a lot of people are asking how she can open the solid metal water tank my herself. Science
(psychology) has proven that with enough adrenaline and distress, a person can suddenly
temporarily have super human powers. Adrenaline gives your body a sudden burst of energy
combined with the distress telling your body to ignore your physical limitations in order to save
yourself/other people has given some people temporary powers. Some stories where this has
happened are usually mothers ripping cars apart with their bare hands to rescue trapped children
inside. People have also been able to hang onto ledges and cliffs for long periods of time until
rescued or swim for long periods of time until rescued. Elisa was clearly in distress and was probably
so stressed and scared that she ran up to the roof, threw open the hatch of the tank, and jumped
right in.
If you havent seen the documentary, you really should. They analyze the video footage, including
more footage that wasnt shown in this youtube video, and detectives interview all the hotel staff and
other visitors that were at the hotel at the time of Elisa's death.

i’ve had so many dreams about the cecil hotel, the first one i had i never seen anything about it, never heard of the cecil hotel and my friends were dying in the dream. it was weird. but all of the friends that died aren’t close to me at all anymore. after i woke up i looked it up and i found out it was some haunted hotel, after that i had a couple more dreams about it that were pretty creepy. one of them i looked in a mirror outside of a room of an elevator and i saw a devil like thing

The reason why I believe her so much is that she’s helped solve murders by finding things related to the murders, paranormally. It’s just crazy.

Yes! Peet! Although mostly I see videos of him and his mom, but that’s him who tried with the drone and other creepy things happening when it was closed for renovations.

From what I have heard of Elis's death.
She was said to be seen on a date with a guy so I think (and maybe some others) she was drugged by him. And that was the whole elevator situation drugs can make you hallucinate so I think she was acting weird talking to people cause she was having hallucinations. So since she was drugged she couldn't tell where she was going and ended up their. Or she hallucinated into thinking it was something else.
According to her family she had Bipolar and would often see things chasing her that were never there.

Elisa Lam’s death wasn’t a mystery though. Elisa had a bipolar episode and she pretty much just went crazy, so when she somehow made it to the roof she jumped into the water tank. For those of you who don’t know once you jump into a water tank you never get back out. This is why you always take your medicine kids. 😁
She climbed up the fire escape stairs as stated in the documentary as one of the dogs smelled elisas scent nearby a window that led to the fire escape.

Omg!! Me, my mom, and cousin all saw the outside of Cecil hotel!! We were sadly not able to go in because it was blocked but there was a little apartment building connected to it!!

It was very traumatic and tragic.
She passed away 2011-2012 and the story was 10/10 experience to watch.
Here is what I know:
Elisa Lamb was a normal adult who was at a hotel. She was on an elevator witch had clips taken out of the recording on the security cams.
Elisa lam died of playing the elevator game, and teleported inside the water tanks. (At least that's what I heard.) :3
And what makes it more scary is that you are standing at the exact place where Elisa lamp was standing in that elevator😢😮

I've been in here. Its most definitely haunted. A woman a few weeks prior had hung herself as well.

For people who don't no the Cecil hotel is a old place built in 1965 and was used for many people who were homeless ect. Well the staff selected people to go to the water tanks which is on top of the building and as they opened the lid seeing Rosa's body floating in the tank as rosa was a open minded women and cared about everyone else and not herself as she leaned lokking at the water and as she lost her phone vloging and she leaned trying to get it and fell in she felt being tugged beneath and slowly drowning 20 minutes later as staff came up open the lid seeing her phone and her herself floating in the tank as they heard stories of people being attacked in their room at night being pulled outa bed chocked ect. And so after hearing this they believed it closing it for 20 years as they opened it in 2023 which is rn and 3 days later cops fbi firetrucks the swat where all their the next morning bc of the shooting to guys up where the water tanks where both had guns they said whoever would die first would get 5 million dollars as they were both shot in the head as they both died 10 minutes later befkre everyone got their and they to the cash and weapons your wondering who took the weapons and cash the swat police firetruck people fbi and other people got each half the money hope this really helped!❤
