Paul Prenter was a divisive person and behaved disgracefully at Freddi. Mack Reinhold he was an excellent sound engineer and an excellent man. thank you for the video.

I still find it hard to Believe Freddie’s not with us and will not be back ,,,, I miss him so much ,I cried for days on hearing the sad news , and it hurt even though many of us new it was coming ,I worked a few times with Freddie and every time was a treat I would of done it for free……they man was special in so many ways ….I guess you can tell I miss him like many do and I felt sad for Jim who was left alone for so many years until he would be with Freddie again…..as we all hope life lets us meet our loved ones again someday……..thank you for this video …..it’s superb….and so many memories…..

Thank you for posting this. It's one thing to be a superstar and do what you love, but to be pulled here and there to photoshoots and all the other formalities must be very draining. No wonder Freddie liked to retreat to his cats and garden and lovely things in his home.
I’m assuming this version of the Vienna 1982 footage was what was used in the DoRo ‘Rare Live’ compilation, which differs from the 2004 bonus that contained different angles.
How ironic when Prenter said Queen wouldn’t be performing when they were 60 cuz they’d look silly and he for sure wouldn’t be with them anymore if they did tour into old age… and now Roger and Brian are still rockin on well into their 70s. And Prenter’s been dead over 30 years.

Pretty sure Paul Prenter was making money though while he was their Manager and they were touring. Saying they made no money. Such a liar. I can see exactly why Queen exposed him on Bohemian Rhapsody. Though the way they portrayed Freddie wasn't really accurate...which even Peter Freestone, his PA shared in Montreux. Even Freddie's interviews here verified the others were exploring solo acts before he ever did. Some interesting deviations from the truth in the movie - because dramatic story telling sells. Wow, sadly for Paul Prenter, he did get exactly what he asked for when he said "I can't see Queen performing when they're 60, do you? And if they do, I hope that I am sleeping." Yikes.

Pretty sure Paul Prenter was making money though while he was their Manager and they were touring. Saying they made no money. Such a liar. I can see exactly why Queen exposed him on Bohemian Rhapsody. Though the way they portrayed Freddie wasn't really accurate...which even Peter Freestone, his PA shared in Montreux. Even Freddie's interviews here verified the others were exploring solo acts before he ever did. Some interesting deviations from the truth in the movie - because dramatic story telling sells. Wow, sadly for Paul Prenter, he did get exactly what he asked for when he said "I can't see Queen performing when they're 60, do you? And if they do, I hope that I am sleeping." Yikes.
