THIS IS REALLY GREAT STUFF! I'm a very old player literally lol played like 2008 seeing new 1000s of new cards it's hard to decide what deck I should build! Keep up the videos man! Thanks!
Shoutout to M@.i boys, which would be UR heavy if printed today; cards like the Darkfluids are powerful and SR only (If not fan of @rrival & or Light dragon, which can pack a punch if unchecked), and you only need one copy of Templar (Fire Phoenix is SR & Heatsoul comes from Salamangreat pack, same for Cynet mining)
@@Jyxero I think, with the Mathmech engine (3 Circular, 1~2 Sigma, 1~2 Addition/Subtraction, 1 Alembertian, and 1 Equation), you get more starters for Firewall Dragon Singularity builds of the deck
Currently I run 3 Circular & 2 Sigma (Drawing the garnet is fun...) and while I don't run Firewalls but good old @rrival (+ Avramax & Zeroboros, Accesscode is overrated), will say, with the amount of times Circular package had shrug interactions, is worth the investment
Cyberse without UR is still good, but it is more difficult to play because the cards you use are really different than any standard Cyberse deck. But you still have Terahertz and Darkfluid as boss monsters.
I'm torn between building a "competitive" deck and a casual deck. It really just comes down to building a deck I like that can put up a decent fight. I did one ranked battle and never touched ranked since. Their deck seemed to be able to do more than whatever deck I was using at the time.
for master duel even if you just play a random archetype as long as the deck has some sort of end goal to win games itll work, just gotta be mindful of people spamming meta decks in higher ranks, even then in the lower ranks when you see them theyll usually misplay a lot so you can just win games outright, example i used to play weather painter and would consistently make it to masters 5, despite it being not that good of a deck, just took a lot longer than if i were to play something more meta relevant. you can also just outright cheese games with specific cards aka the unfun stun like cards
Just run a good rogue deck. I started master duel playing punks, then turned it into gold pride punks. Vanquish soul has a secret pack now and that deck doesn't really use any extra deck monsters so its not expensive to build. Centurions is a competitive deck but its not overbearing like yubel or snake eyes fire king and really fun to play.
true that, memnto right now is also a pretty good deck and you only need 4 ur in main deck, and it will eventually get more support that makes it better too
I mainly included it as it's very easy to play. And the Extra Deck isn't mandatory. There's also plenty of cheaper alternatives for Rank 8 XYZ plays like Coachking and Sanaphond.
I'm a little sad you didn't mention crooked cook. It's a very easy to build deck and it's overpowered because it can't be destroyed by battle damage and is completely unaffected by every effect in the game. So you just make an Exodia Deck with a couple alternate win conditions like Final Countdown.
Crooked Cook is not unbeatable anymore. Every deck that can summon 4 monsters on the field has Underworld Goodness in the extra deck so they can get rid of him. Yubel deck has Loving Defender and the other deck use Super Poly.
@@AlbanianWarrior-pn5ch no deck is unbeatable. But it's still incredibly powerful and you're going to win like 70% of your games. In fact I've won against multiple yubel decks. It's just all about how quickly you get your win condition. Sometimes you don't draw into Final Countdown until it's too late other times you start with it in your opening hand. The point is it's very cheap and very powerful
First of all: Fk floodgates Second, want to mention other alternatives instead of Morganite & D.Shifter: - Decisive battle of Golgonda: Just slap Sprind & Brigrand fusions x 3, and keep those Solemn for something else instead of worrying about Duster - Dogmatika punishement: Fossil Skull wagon is cheaper than N'tss (But slower) to deal with backrow (Like Nightmare pain if turn 2) - Super ancient organism... at 3, unlike Gozen / Rivalry / Summon limit / TCOBO (Opponent can still search Subversion / Sky burn with Poplar / Ponix) - Rebirth of Parshath + Graydle Impact (Shoutout to "Theduellogs"): Very powerful counter that can be fueled with the slow search of Graydle Impact (Graydle combat, a counter, can be searched, thus allowing Rebirth to operate; Gradyle Impact can also search itself for deck-thinning; extra benefit to summon a synchro (R only) if used with Light statue - Battle traps: Nothing more demoralizing than being beaten with jelly cannon or godforsaken Sakuretsu armor Hopefully no one learns from this, as, again, fk floodgates, but here's my grain of "salt"

@@OvercastYGO you should do more guides man the way you explain things are better than most of known YGO youtubers!
Appreciate if anyone could help out with the friend campaign. My codes 16750
I think cyberse pile could've been a good addition, without the mathmech stuff, cyberse is REALLY cheap
Even with the Mathmech stuff, it’s still pretty cheap

Fossil Dyna, Moon Mirror Shield, and Decisive Battle is a very cheap and hard to break board.

Just play what you like, if you want to win look for a archetype thats seems interesting to u.

How is Horus a budget deck when you need that many URs for just an engine not even a full deck 😭
