I live in Mon Repos in San Fernando, Trinidad. When my Great Grandmother bought this property in the 1940s, it was quite rural (part of a Sugar Cane Estate), just on the outskirts. Now it's very urban, and my street is just off of one of the main streets into San Fernando, and often used as a shortcut to get away from traffic. How times have changed...
