@@Derzolus From what I know, there was a flood in 2007, which damaged the bridge on the border. Since that all rail traffic to Ukraine is halted. There are plans for a night train from Bucharest to Kiev via Valea Viseului and for reparation of the bridge, though.
@@Derzolus Yes, but that never went further, than testing stage. To my knowledge there's no passenger service at the moment. If you want to travel from Romania to Ukraine by train, you have to go through Hungary :/
The Ukrainian connection from Valea Viseului is still inoperable for civilian trains ?
