I dont understand why he didnt have insurance. As a property owner you have to protect yourself. This happens to landlords all the time. I would do another video of the property without him cussing to keep as evidence. Then sue the former tenant. That was a really nice spacious apartment. I've been a landlord. I had a tenant not pay for 6 months. We finally got her out of the apartment. We learned you have to be the landlord not a friendly good guy trying to help somebody out when renting out your place.
