They asked why I wanted to work at dutch, a weird talent I have, my favorite animal. They honestly were more random questions to see if you could make any question fun and play along with others. I also did research about the give back days. Drink one for Dane is about muscular dystrophy and I told them how my favorite movie is about someone with muscular dystrophy so it holds a special place in my heart. When other people answer they want to see how you can interact with them!
Also I have been applying like 3 times I am very social and I like to talk to people the first time was fully staffed in the summer second time 3 weeks ago for 2025 the beginning around Jan they said my application was good then moved on with someone else and then the third location 10 min away rowlett they moved on with someone else about my availability then I reapplied again to try to get a interview I am very positive and everyone is so cool my resume is good idk if it’s the management or a lot of people applying
@@shaunkumar7260 hi! Thanks for commenting! What area are you in? Mass applications could contribute a huge factor! Are you a regular? A big benefit is definitely going through the line and chatting people up !
its might not be fake people but the for the ability to do a job we do need to keep our outside life on the side as much as we can its hard but so is grown ups life
What did you wear to the interview? I’ve heard some people say more casual, but I always come dressed in like business casual or at least a nice button up
Either is fine! I wore ripped jeans and a graphic shirt. Advice I was given was dress like you’re going to work there how the employees dress! Obviously you won’t have dutch wear but something appropriate while also trendy!:)
@@AllisonDissinger don’t worry about the anxiety I was so shaky and nervous and I get super flustered. You’re gonna do great. take some deep breaths and you’ll be okay!
Were they worried about any last jobs you’ve had? I’ve only had a waitress job and I recently just applied to the one in my town I just wanna broaden my experiences
Hi, I know this video isn’t recent but, do you have any advice for me? I submitted applications for dutch at 4 different locations, the first was a week ago and the other three were 3 days ago, should I be concerned that i haven’t gotten any updates? is there anything more I should do to get updates?
