INGREDIENTS LIST:
-Rice
1 cup or 213 g long grain thai jasmine rice
1 1/4 cup or 300 mL water
-Veg
3 bell peppers (color of choice)
1 medium sized yellow onion
2 tsp neutral oil
-Protein
4 large chicken breast (2 lb 5.2oz or 1,053 g)
2 tsp neutral oil
-Spice Mix
1 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
425 F or 218 C
Chicken Temp 155 F or 68 C
Bake 12 to 14 mins
