With porting and high comp piston it’s very reistrictive, and the carb I’m running won’t fit pointed backwards
What size front and rear tires are you running? Also what is the bend of those bars?
Sick graphics kit. Like how the frame bends were made.
Did you get the new motor with the transmission fix? They had a issue with popping outa gear and hitting false nuetral randomly. Mine popped and I bailed off the bike. They had a fix for it and it fixed it, just a keeper on the fork in behind the clutch basket
My motor had this issue right out of the box and I heard that they were known to have it so I took it apart when I was building it and fixed it right away. All it is is the little holder for the shift star it just needed bent in so it kept tension and didn’t pop off and it was good after that!

are you using stock risers for you handle bars? i got a thumpstar 125 that i need to raise the cockpit on and im looking for some advice.
With these clamps I am... you can buy risers for the oem bar clamps I believe the brand name is “zeta” that makes them

Killer bro sucks to hear you’ve only had trouble with the 4 speed curious to know why you don’t run an oil cooler? how you find running the carb in front?
Not really a need for it when your only running a few laps on a racetrack and it also opens up room for me to throw a bigger carb in there. And I had to run the carb out the front bc there wasn’t room to put it facing backwards, but so far it’s working out good!

I’m looking at buying a new 2021 140 in the next few days, and your comment about breaking that kick start shaft is freaking me out!
Should I be afraid?
Any tips or tricks o need to know? Must do’s?
140’s I’ve never had a problem breaking the kickstart shafts. It’s only the 190’s
Awesome bike Bailey! Hope the season goes well for you. Just wondering what forks and front brake set up you are running? I have a Thumpstar TSX 212 for playing around on and I'm curious what aftermarket parts people put on these little bikes... you seem to be getting some pretty decent air in some of your other videos.
The front forks are a set of fast ace they also came with the clamps, we had to make a custom steering stem to get the clamps to fit with the thumpstar frame and front brakes are just stock Thumpstar
What headpipe are you using? I’m having trouble finding one for my 140

Both are about the same, in my opinion I like how the thumpstar chassis feels better it feels more stretched out like a big bike

I have a Pitster Pro fse190r with the same engine as your Thumpstar. Your engine sounds much more brutal and more direct. I just found out that my pitster pro has a fake keihin pe28 carb from the factory. Now I'd like to put a real one on it. Should I buy a real keihin pe28 or do you recommend another one on the Daytona 190.

@@SuperHuijs id start at 45/125 jetting adjust from there based on your elevation and area. I didnt have to adjust my needle clip and screws on the side lower one is fuel air mixture above that will set your idle with

Bailey I’m about to buy that LM exhaust but wanted to ask you if it’s bolts straight on, I’ve got same frame as u and Zongshen 212cc
It does not, you have to cut twist and re weld a couple pieces to make it work
@@BaileyLuntsford you’re a champion. Thanks for your fast reply, my bike is choking with this factory Thumpstar exhaust. Urgent need of an upgrade but I’m not sure whats the best bolt on pipes for these frames & obviously engines.

Next week I’m upgrading from 190 to 212 big bore kit, do u recommend I run inn the 190 before installing the big bore kit. what carburettor should I run? And if u don’t mind letting me know the diameter of your custom made exhaust, how many inches n what are the bends of pipes. Thanks Bailey.

China bikes are just as good as long as you keep up with your maintenance. I still have both my name brand bikes as well

Would love to but the one I did costed me wayyy to much $$ I might do some small things to the stocker I built but won’t be anything near the full build I did to my first klx
