" The police called me and said you are under arrest. You must come to jail"
😂😅😂😊
And if you pass go, you collect $200
That sounds like the beginning of a Nigerian scam.
🤣
@@stevelozano9523😂
😂
The judge asked him "did you pee in the car" and he started by saying "I can explain..." HE DEFINITELY PEED IN THERE 🤢
Or he knows exactly what happened and it had nothing to do with Uber
The plaintiff… “He made pee pee in there” 😂 🤣
Either he did or there is something going on. I have driven over 14,500 rides for Lyft/Uber and I've had people pee and puke, and other stuff in the car. I've cleaned it up. It has been years, I can't smell anything, and there are no stains. The fact it has been years and I have great ratings to me confirms that nobody else can tell. Clearly something was done to that car. If you hit an incident quickly with cleaners and towels you'd be surprised how much of it comes out.
That question about which is cleaner Uber vs Lyft is silly. That's solely based on the person picking you up and how they keep their personal car.
Dougs useless dunno why he's even part of the show.
Right !
$300 a week might as well get your own car and pay that $300 in a car note so you don’t have to deal with people
Either he has terrible credit, or he can't get insured on a car from too many accidents LOL
$300/week? You'd be driving a really nice Mercedes or Jaguar for that money or else have horrible credit.
Right, even with crap credit you can get a car for less than $1,200 a month 😮
No. The car depreciation and wear and tear is beyond your wildest imahination. 40 miles per year or more is what the average person has to do to make any money. Now, the judge is a clown, the scratches on the car becomes a insurance issue since that is an insurance damage and she obviously dont know the laws. Plus, he is illegally renting his vehicle which is against most state law unless their is proper insurance on it. So, in law, they state that you can not sue for an illegal activity since it would make the suit null and void. she must have been a terrible lawyer . but then again, this is why she has a arbitration show which most people think is a small claims court...
Lol sure. 😳 I'll stick with buying a used car and not playing these games😂😂
Yep, he peed in the car.
No way!! He is scared there would be wilence. He didn’t wanna get beat up…
💯
Technically he didn't return the car, he abandoned it.
There's no misunderstanding the oder of urine. 🙊😤😤
It's a disrespectful and disgusting thing to do. And that is the reason why the Defendant dumped the vehicle 5 miles away.
Odor... not oder. 😂😂
I have actually never seen this episode before...yay!!
Isnt it such a gift when u come across ones youve never seen before? Lol I love it. 🙂

$300 a week is outrageous 😮 I guess you can make crazy money driving for Uber though
After taxes, it comes out to $50 😅
here in Drive by shooting Bronx they gross $2K
That’s a deal for a rental car technically lol

Doug you know the Judge interrupts people all the time, SMH 😡😡
yeah, plenty of chances to talk?...she told him to get his phone and get away jeez
JM interrupted when he wouldn’t answer the question. Defendant was given plenty of chances to tell his side of the story, but he is simply in the wrong.
@@rockobill7637 because he was suing for damages that he didn't incur. he lied to her about losing wages, and i wouldn't listen to a liar either.
I hate that she does this. Don't ask questions if you're not going to listen to the answers.
This is actually her on a good day 😂
The defendant is a Liar ! Talking about the police call him and said he's under arrest. Boy oh boy.🙄😂😂😂😭🤣🤣
The defendant Chintache is getting on my nerve 😳
What is that?? 🤣
I’m guessing it’s a chin mustache? lol
Ain't enough money in the world that would make me want to rent my car out to anyone!
Exactly…. Never!
Not I. This lifetime 😂
The defendant is a psychopath. He returned the car 5 mins away from the plaintiff’s house
5 miles away
That made him psycho? Not the peeing all over the car??
She said go away with your 📱 because he smelled like pee 😂
If he is making $1300 or more a week, he should have just purchased his own car. He was paying the plaintiff for renting his car might as well have gotten his own car.
that was probably his only good week in ten weeks , these uber drivers are always lying about how much they make to hide the fact that they only make an average take home pay of about 2k per month after all taxes and car expenses .
Like for no spoilers
Wait why would he leave his car key on the tire! He was trying to get that man's car stolen. That's nasty work!
The way she said, "Take your phone and go away✋️ "😂
She "shoo fly shoo fly"ed his ass
the guys caterpillar chin is driving me nuts.....
lol
Which one? They both have them
They both have weird patches on their faces
Missed a spot when shaving. At least the plaintiffs is more even 😂
😭😭😭😭😭
SMDH THE DEFENDANT IS DISGUSTING HE WAS USING A BOTTLE FILLED IT UP IT SPILLED OVER. THE NERVE TO TELL THE PLAINTIFF HE'LL GET HIS VEHICLE WHEN HE'S DONE HE NEED HIS MOUTH TOUCHED 🤣
The plaintiff says he can't rent a 5 year old Camry for $325 per week. WTF is this guys deal?
It’s his car???
For some reason, I find it extremely rude(and suspect) when a litigant goes through their papers/doesn't make eye contact with the Judge during her opening summary. Can't they wait 5 seconds to pull out their papers, rude af. Just the fact that the Defendant racked up any tickets at all is bad. The texts prove the Defendant was jerking the Plaintiff around and not returning the car when he asked. There's a reason the Defendant dropped the car back 5 miles away from the Plaintiff's house. He knew something was wrong with the car, he knew he stunk it up😂. And I highly doubt he left the keys(on the tire). Disgusting.
Put them together and you have a goatee
Ha Ha
Judge I’m not animal I’m human
Judge shaking head thinking otherwise
Had me peeing myself 😂
$350/wk to rent a car so he can uber? Can you make that much a week uber-ing? Seems silly to me. But ive never uber-ed
Well if he’s making $150 per day then, maybe. Got my answer at the end of the video. Im still skeptical tho!
You absolutely can make more than $350 a week in ubering.....you can make that much with uber eats alone
at that rate though he could buy a car for way less. 350 a week is 1400 a month. Buy a used car and pay a couple hundred a month for it until you have the means to get a better one. Can't buy a piece of junk for Uber but it doesn't have to be brand spanking shiny new either
and you can rent a car for 25 bucks a day. Granted it may not be the same as the car he rented from the plaintiff but it would've been cheaper. Not sure if you can use a rental car for Uber though but the point is you don't have to cough up quite so much money
In Bronx they make over $2K per 8 hour shift in 7 days renting car. Then another person drives same car another shift making another $2K a week
Like this comment if you believe the defendant peed in the car out of spite 😅
The defendant is very vindictive, he definitely peed in the car, he is disgusting...
I don't know how she calculates her numbers but to fix the bumper alone is more than $500
What is with private owners renting their cars for people to drive for Uber? This is not the first case I have seen involving that.
This has been going on for years. There is even a company out ther where you can rent out vehicle or rent your vehicle to do rideshare. The trick is the registration and insurance. The insurance is easy, but not everyone is able to add a person to their registration. Also, if uber or lyft find out that you are renting a vehicle that isn't through them. They will terminate you from the platform.
My nephew used to rent his car on Touro....Last person rented totaled it and Touro ended payin it off
I know two people who do it.
300$ a week? Does Uber pay enough to make renting a car for 300 a week profitable? You can get a nice used car for 1000$ a month and you own the car.
Defendant is a complete slime bag.
Absolutely
Goodmorning from my bed in New Zealand 🇳🇿 its 5:12am 🙏🌹❤️

Hi , so early there:))❤
Don't urinate in my car!! And tell me it needs a radiator!!😂
😂😂😂
Judge I’m not an animal…..well yeah ya kinda are😂😂
“Im not animal, I’m human”…..well technically lol
He peed, missed the bottle, except the one he was drinking from, and that's that!
why dosent he buy a car !
The guy should have got it all in writing, like the car rental companies do
BTW, is this a new way to make money; renting out your car out to Uber/Lyft drivers?
The plaintiff didn't have to show before pictures of the car??? The car was four years old, of course it would have dings especially if he's been renting it out.
Okay at 6:21 the plantiff says the defendant left the key with the car five miles away. The planttiff lied and therefore he shouldn't have gotten anything. He told the judge later there was no key. The judge didn't keep her listening ears open to hear and made a big mistake in this case.
I feel like Doug Llewelyn likes to ask questions but doesn’t really wanna listen to the answer.
4:41 - why would you not be worried at all about evidence of the plaintiff lying under oath? Weird.
Doug let the defendant get close to him so the defendant must smell okay today
I DO AGREE she DO be interrupting.
Do be? Like the band?
Doug is annoying
it was his job
Beyond belief he needs to retire sooner rather then later ....
Good judgement
Verbal contract counts. Just because a dealer says something does not make it true.
He peed in the car 💯 Gross man

He definitely peed in the car
This had nothing w him not putting it in writing, although it was stupid not to. Def was just being spiteful. Threatening to tell his insurance company, returning the car not directly to him, not to mention the accusation of him urinating in the car. Disgusting.
"Urine in UBER trouble now..."😂😂😂😂
The defendant earns $1,400.00 a week, almost 6Gs a month driving Uber? Damn, I really have to reevaluate my employment decisions.
But the thing is that I hate driving.
He for sure peed in the car.
Doug knows that arbitrator constantly cuts people off!!
He definitely peed in that car😂
1200 a month
He could keep it till it's paid odd
Defendant is giving sociopath
Shots???? Lol I'm taking the wrong Uber 😂
So I mean all I heard was Plaintiff say in the video "He did pee pee in the car", which wow smh lol, I didn't see any stains/proof etc. Maybe one of the Defendant's passengers had a service animal etc. I mean that's messed up with zero proof "oh he pissed in the car" smh.
Doesn't matter who did it. If it's under the defendants care and control he's responsible
I can't stop staring at the upside down mustache 😂
The defendant is Jeff Goldblum's long lost cousin
Next time? A written contract.
lovely foreigners manners
Doug acting like she doesn’t interrupt all the time
Never rent to somebody whose primary language isn’t yours - then things won’t be lost in translation.
Bigot much against US Citizens? Your ancestors where not speaking English when they first came to America.
Uber does not allow for car-swapping to begin with.
The ownership & registration must match the Uber driver. I hope Uber sees this case
ewwwwwwwwwww not pissing in the cars........
At least it was only a #1 it could have been a steaming #2. Who rents out there personal car to an Uber driver and expects them to look after it?
Plaintiff and defendant are two birds of a bad facial hair feather. How in the world did both of them make such individual bizarre and awful decisions then end up on tv together? Never seen anything like it. One has an under the chin strap the other has a fuzzy caterpillar under his lip.
$1300 a week in fees collected minus costs!
No Doug, most people wouldn’t agree with you or her
He was making a killing charging the guy $300 a week!!!! On a 2014 Camry?! Holy bat balls Batman!
He "pee pee" inside.. 🤦🏾♀️🤣
Why not buy a car to Uber. That’s a good annoy a week
This defendant is a nutjob
imo the Judge seemed a little biased
Seems like all a waste of time
Defendant with the tickler beard.
Glad he lost !!!!
Crazy Case 🤪.
you see he just make it nasty and he pissed inside, he make a pee pee inside
😂🤣 L
Why would you rent a car for Uber? He was earning $1300 a week so why not buy a car and put the $300 rent towards financing your own car.
I know there was a Camry involved somewhere 😂
Who the heck pay 350 a week to rent a car to be an Uber driver. Would've been cheaper to have paid a car note on his own vehicle. The whole thing smelled like a scam on the defendants end. He never intended to pay up becauae he knew it was a ridiculous amount.
Sometimes you don’t have the money for all the other intangible items car registration, good credit, insurance etc … at one point I was renting cars through the Uber program and it was 380 a week fully insured… 😢 Worse thing ever but at the time I didn’t have the car and didn’t mind making the money and in Vegas I could easily make that money on the weekends a nd the rest of the week I profited
