I got the phoenix encounter, which makes this build absolutely OP with his skill. You stack poision, and if you die you cleanse everything on you and heal backup to full. BUT the enemy poision stacks are still there and keep stacking.
Try it with jellyfish, jellyfish makes it so that every time an aquatic item is used you activate puffer fish, which works with multicast
