Dude, my light came way before my bike. I got really lucky. Since you have the V2, my tip for ya is to let go of the throttle when you go over a bump or you drop your rear wheel from a curve. The V3 Dillon has cuts off power from the throttle automatically when he goes over bumps, I noticed. RIDE ON BRO!

Hey Sector 7, so they actually have 3 motors in production basically some of the version 1 and very few of the version 2 motors have had some issues with the planetary gears inside them (I believe that has been the issue) so anyway they are really awesome and stand behind the product so the people that have had issues are able to contact SUPER73 and they will replace with a new motor. I personally found out that I actually have the version 1 motor and I have about 200 miles in it so far and have not had any issues at all. I hope that helps for you. Also if you end up buying any bike from them you can use my link in description for $100 off and if you have any other questions I am more than willing to try and answer them for you. @@sector7676 so to be completely honest with you I don’t know. However I have heard from multiple sources that they have started putting the newer motors on the new bikes being purchased. I bought mine on June 19th and received it in September 17th and I had the V1 but again no problems yet and I would definitely post if I did. All I can say is that it’s much faster than I had expected it to be coming from the original S. Again I hope that helps.

V1 was shipped with the first batch of S2, R and RX bikes. Some have had issues but mine is a V1 and no issues yet with over 700 miles on it. If you buy any of those bikes now they ship with the V3 “bulletproof “ motor. So they basically worked out the kinks over the past year. Hope that answers your question. 🤘🏼🍻🍻
