Yeah I definitely feel that! I live in south Orange County in Dana Point and they are no joke out here. Luckily we still have beautiful downtown LA where at least of now the cops haven’t even batted an eye at us. But I do appreciate the heads up in your area. I actually saw something on the news a couple weeks ago about Redondo and Manhattan areas cracking down. 🤘🏼💯⚡️

My brakes on my S2 are so past maintenance… you can hear me stopping from a mile away 😂 I need to get a motorcycle car transporter thingy… to take it to my local ebike store. The one where he’ll try to sell me an E Ride Pro… the owner is a friend of my brother
Yeah I need to get new breaks on a couple of my bikes, like I want a whole new break system, I may go with Lewis but also I have had good experiences with Magura. 🍻
@@ShawverFilms I think most e-bike companies go with lower rated brakes. Their still a lot heavier than mountain bikes & need better brakes

It's kind of cool and kind of sad because of my physical size and a 100lb ebike I can trigger the street light pressure sensors.
What a garbage bike . Low miles . Slow charging . Little bike . I can’t wait for something better and bigger . Don’t waste your money until you try it out on a highway which won’t ever happen because you’ll end up buying it with no chance to return 😂

@@ShawverFilms I asked they said they don’t have the option to return so that’s why test the bike out before purchasing especially ride that bike on the highway or long miles . So you can really get the feel of the bike but that’s never going to happen because they tease you and make you think it’s the best thing to buy . No problem I just wish they were more honest .
Awesome! Excited as a new motorcycle rider to get my first motorcycle, the 2024 Ryvid Outset at age 55 (lol). I drive a Tesla MS Plaid and my wife has a Rivian R1S, so fully electric is the way to go and not ever going back to ice.

@@ShawverFilms Electrification is the only reason why I’m starting the motorcycle thing a little more than half way through my life, and the research pointed me to Ryvid as likely my best “first bike” option. I like what they’re doing at the price point they’re at as compared with the others in the space. Passed my 5-hour online MSF course test and doing the 2-day MSF training at the end of this month, hoping for my Ryvid Outset delivery soon after in Sept, 2024. 🙏🏻👍🏻😎

You should have a great time and I was talking to the teacher and they think, at least for here that there will be electric motorcycles for people to ride in the class soon. That would be awesome if you plan on only riding electric. 🤘🏼

You know the Super73 is going to be Super…. Expensive. I know my local ebike dealer owner and he’s trying to sell me an E Ride Pro. lol I’m glad we have a local shop now that sells various e-bikes including Super73 now. Ordering online years ago from California when I was several hours away was a little worrisome. I might go for the electric dirt bike eventually… I’ll say my S2 is a lot more fun after losing a lot of weight.

Take a tip from someone that has gone through Yamaha Champ School. Use your pointer and second finger on whichever hand has a lever (I assume there isn't one on the left hand). Cover that Front brake lever at all times with 2 fingers. At 60 miles an hour, it takes roughly half a second to actually get your fingers to the brake lever if they aren't already there. That's around 50 feet at 60 mph. That kind of distance could be the difference between life and death. I'd also recommend at least doing champ school online. You will learn a LOT. It's the best course you can take to really understand motorcycle safety. Also check out the motojitsu youtube channel. He lives down in San Diego area and is probably one of the best individual instructors in the country. I think you two would hit it off as creators. I'm sure he'd be down for a collab. Ride safe

So I was originally going to sell one of my 72v Super73’s to buy a SurRon but then a friend said he would just trade me for his MX4 and he was hyped on the deal and it was a no brainer for me so that’s the story on the Talaria.
