hello Chris , thank you for all this valuable info . yesterday I saw another video of yours ( the interview with Amanda Campeanu ) and I took one of your tips from there ,and actually found many potential clients to my niche ( your tip was , to look in amazon for the type of products , for our type of photography ) I have mostly photography of Rome , very decorative and beautiful . so , I found in amazon publishers that do calendars , and they do have from Rome of course , and only they have one , or no calendar of Rome . and the ones they do have , most photos are not very good . question , can be a good move to reach out to one of them , and offer my work for free ? any advice will be more highly appreciated , since I do want to do this as a profession from now on : ) great content , love it than you PD sorry if I have many errors in my English , is not my first language .
@@ChrisPieta thank you very much to take the time to answer ; ) . yes I will do that thank you 😊. one more simple question , in my reality ( and probably for many many others too , it is , not having a website , nor a good following in social media yet . so , how ca I present my self in a cold email in terms of showing up my work ? do I put some sample images of my work in the first email , or just after they respond to me ? because I take it , for all the idea behind cold emails that I try to understand in concept ( of course also from you too ) that , the first email needs to be a catch in every single sense of the word , so no having were to lead the client at first ( website , or instagram etc... ) will be extremely difficult to get a response from them , to my mind , Just with words only , ( probably I am wrong ) I don't actually know , that is why I asked thank you very much again much appreciated PD can you please make some content about it ? I mean , how to start out , reaching clients , with out our own website or anything else to show our work , except in the email we send ? how to compose an email with content ( I found no video in youtube about that yet.... )
Thanks for breaking this down so well! Very helpful. Would you recommend having contracts for those early free projects?
Great question - always a good idea to get something in writing.
As always excellent info! Your method really works! Earl J.
