Good morning sir we should not eat carrot and beetroot as it was grown in soil..we can eat boiled sweetcorn in vegetable period..we won't eat non veg so we can take sporuts in breakfast ,brown rice in lunch and panner in dinner..we can take different foods in different timings or we can take only single food item in entire day

first 2 days no exercise, remaining 5 days only light exercise. coffee& tea from 4th day u can have. Limit sweet potao& sweet corn.
