I am so jealous of your job Topher! Just got to drive a friends Elantra N the other day, and driving a new car was insane. You get to drive a different new car every week or so, as well as get to go out on track, sometimes with your sick s2000 and civic type r but sometimes in a porsche GT3. Man I am so jealous of what you get to do for work as a car enthusiast it seems like the ultimate job! I am sure you are very grateful you get to do this but just wanted to say that your videos are so informative yet fun at the same time and I always enjoy watching. I put a set on my Tahoe. First impression is this is quite possibly the best AT tire I have ever had. Smooth and quiet.
i love the ford ranger, my brother has a base model xl but the ride is smooth and has no harshness over bumps. The interior is so tight and solid, no squeaks or rattles.
I’ve had a 2020 F150 Platinum with 3.5 Ecoboost, 21 Ram Limited with 3.0 Eco Diesel, 22 AT4X with 6.2 V8, 23 Denali with 3.0 Duramax, 24 ZR2 with Duramax. Prior to all of those I had a 2019 Mustang Bullitt and many mustang prior. I will say this is the closest Truck to sports car feel I’ve ever had, my opinion!! I love the drive, power and feel of this truck! IT’S JUST DAMN FUN TO DRIVE!!

I had these tires installed about a week ago and so far so good.. smooth down the interstate and seemed really good in the snow. Will know more with time but so far I think I made a good choice.
Got our first snow here this week and same, really impressed with their snow & cold/wet performance.
Running Revo at 3 on my 16' sequoia and love them! I take the kids to the local offroad park that also has sand dunes and I live in Cleveland so we have lots of snow to deal. Tires have been awesome AND they are as quiet as stock which is the biggest thing for me. If you've ever had loud tires before, it's horrible. Thanks doing this review as I'll be needing a new set in a year.

OEM Hankooks. Was thinking of getting the Michelin X-Ice mounted for just the winter but now thinking maybe I should go with these all year round. I do a lot of highway driving and the Hankooks have always been nice and quiet. Looks like Costco carries these Bridgestones in my size.

Thank you for the video.I just purchased my 24 Ranger Raptor in Hot Chili Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clear Coat.Stock tires are KO’3 and just turned 500 miles. Something to check into when I need tires.

How does it feel on rough roads? The KO3 is a C rated tire and these are E rated.
You mentioned that the ride quality is smooth as some Passenger rated tires for being an LT E tire. How so? Is it softer or just better at absorbing road impacts but not shaking the truck around? Thanks!

Looking at these to replace my Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws on my GX460. Appreciate your review! In my application, these are CONSIDERABLY lighter than the Falkens with similar tread depth, load range and index (39 lbs vs 50 lbs per tire).
Did you end up replacing them? I am getting new tires for my GX460 in the next few weeks, any others you are considering besides these to replace the Falkens?
@teehoot haven't pulled the trigger yet. Also considering Cooper Road + Trail A/T, Falken Rubitrek A/T, new Nitto Terra Grappler G3. Waiting on a deal as I buy 5, always have same size spare and rotate it in with full time 4wd vehicle like GX.
@@Shoeless_DAgood to know. I was considering the rubitreks too. I had some terra grapplers on a tundra the last couple of years and disliked their rain performance. I just got a set of 5 SSW wheels so I need to wrap them in something.
Had the same Bridgestone Duelers on my 17 ram wernt too bad. I don't recommend any heavy offloading or any deep snow they are rated great for both but they wernt great for me 😂

I believe you are gonna keep this tuck for a long, long time. It’s probably the very last of its breed.
Question? Why would you run an E Rated/LT tire on that kind of truck? Seems to be major overkill. E rated tires are specifically made for HD trucks hauling much heavier loads. I heard some guys comment that its because of the added sidewall protection but if you read the fine print on the tire you will see that its still only 2 ply sidewall. Is it because the only other option in that tire is the SL? If so then that makes sense. There doesn't seem to be a middle of the road so to speak for this tire. For example, not offered in C or D load range. Just asking because after reading some post in different sites on this subject, I didn't realize so many guys are running 10 ply/E rated tires on 1/2 Ton, or less, trucks . Im just wondering why? Curious...
I was just looking at the specs on this tire, thinking it might be a good choice for my 4Runner, but was very disappointed to see that the 285/70/17 only comes in an E-rated. Hopefully in time they'll offer more sizes. I also hear a lot of people say they run the e-rated for off-road capability, but I don't want to add all that extra weight, 4Runners have a hard enough time getting out of their own way as it is, haha.

Aren't the Bronco Sasquatch wheels the same as the beadlock capable wheels that come on the Ranger Raptor?
I haven't seen many snow reviews for the KO3, so I can't really say what's better or not.
Are the sips on the edges full depth too... or only in the center tread?
You said Southeast Michigan. Close to Blissfield? I live in NYC, but my father grew up there and had lots of wonderful summer trips there to visit my grandparents.
I'm about to swap out my KO3s on my RR because in the rain it's like riding on ice unless I'm always in 4A. @TheTopher Question on the PSI you are at? I know going to an LT tire you should be adjusting the PSI compared to the OEM KO3 C load tires. Thanks,

Car and Driver in their tests noted the Raptor had very long stopping distances on the KO3's esp if you compare to similar trucks on other tires. Have you been able to determine whether stopping distances have improved significantly with these Bridgestone tires?
im no expert but since the new Bridgestone Dueler tire have better grip will it have a faster 0-60mph time?

How did you get ahold of the bronco beaded tires? I Iike they’re more silvery than ranger raptor beaded wheels which are gray.

KO3's have a speed rating of S. (112 mph) These Bridgestone have a lower R rating (106 mph) but a higher Load Index. You getting better handling and overall better performance with the lower speed rating with the Bridgestones?

Are all terrain tyres are meant to be bad on wet road in general? My Ko2 tyres are really terrible while driving on wet roads….
Not all, but the K0x tires are notorious for being some of the absolute worst for wet handling

Did I hear you say you were going to go with a 34” set of tires for your other set of wheels? You do have the ford performance tune, right? I think one of the limitations of the tune is to keep the same tire size as the stock KO3s. That may cause issues.

I will never, never use a single tire for all 4 seasons. I can’t help but roll my eyes every time I hear marketing speak of “greatly improved tire in X condition without a compromise in other conditions”. Literally everything is a compromise.
