I’ve already tried the heavy cream hack last weekend. We will never go back to just eating the canned rolls again. I added extra butter to the cream, on top of the butter sugar cinnamon extra that I added. They are perfect and delicious. Absolutely the best cinnamon roll
All of the recipes look delicious! I tried your first recipe today and they turned out fantastic! I was a little skeptical but so glad I went ahead and made them! Will be making that one over many times in the future! Thanks so much!
Love watching you cook with your son I used to cook with my older children now I have two beautiful little girls I will start cooking with my 2 year old
I really like to watch and listen to food/recipe snobs. There are some of us who due to medical reasons can't knead dough for those golden homemade cinnemon rolls. The heavy cream makes the can cinnemon rolls closer to homemade.
I made the apple pie cinnamon cake today (9/2023. Slightly different recipe using 1/2 cup brown sugar mixed with the cinnamon). My hubby absolutely loved it. I want to make it with canned peach pie filling next! 🥲🤞
I just made them with my grandsons and you can use 2 cans of the regular sized cinnamon rolls instead of the grands, it works out perfectly for the heavy cream, butter, brown sugar, etc hack.
My store was all out of the Grands cinnamon rolls so I used the Rhodes 12 pk of cinnamon rolls. It takes longer because they need to rise for three to five hours, (or overnite) but they taste just as good but are lighter, and not as dough heavy as the Grands. I’ve also heard you can use Vanilla coffee creamer instead of heavy cream.
You can use the Hawaiian rolls also. Spray a 13x9 pan cut the rolls in half and place the bottoms of the rolls in the pan. Then in a small bowl mix 1 stick of softened butter, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and however much cinnamon you like. Mix until everything is blended. Spread half of the mixture on the rolls, put the tops of the rolls on then spread the remaining mixture on top of the rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes . Remove from the oven. While the rolls are cooling . Mix 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 stick of softened butter, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of milk . Mix until smooth and pour over the c cinnamon rolls. They’re so good . *Note: for and even better flavor icing you can use flavored creamer . I like to use the vanilla caramel flavored creamer or caramel macchiato. It’s really good
I made the “Cinnabon” cinnamon rolls, they tasted pretty much like Cinnabon. I greased my pan with (salted) butter and 3 tablespoons of cinnamon with the brown sugar, melted butter mixture.
Everytime I see you use your Dollar Tree Betty Crocker measuring spoons I LOL cuz mine look exactly the same! My hubby says "how do you know what it even says?"
My mother in-law makes homemade cinnamon rolls and always uses heavy cream and brown sugar in the bottom of the pan to make a caramel sauce. The recipe came from a vintage North Dakota cookbook so the concept isn’t new, just using it with canned rolls.
I tried the Grand and the Rhodes and the Rhodes were hands down the best. I just put a little bit of cream to top of each one and the same with the sugar cinnamon mixture and they were not gooey and mushy like the grands!🤷🏻♀️
I use my Granny Gotcher’s recipe for biscuits and she always put a scant bit of cream on top! She did the same with 2 crust pie n cobblers I bet just the spoo of cream is going to be great!
Your recipe is awesome and will go very high.of course it will be very tasty to eat.😋 I love it .I will definitely try it.You will tell me in the comments. How do you like my recipe?Thanks..👏👍🌼🍂
@@sweettreatsoverload4296 yes! I found that out when I made the cinnamon roll “guts” for Halloween. The extra space makes them expand and become more fluffy! 😋
Altho' all of them looked soooo good I have to pass, I can not eat all that sweet stuff and if I made it I would have to eat it...LOL! I am interested in some recipes you can use with the waffle maker....I have one and never use it...so anything you can share would be great! Love your channel...!!!
I haven’t tried the cream thing. I just didn’t think it looked good. They’re supposed to be just like Cinnabon. The dessert look delicious. Thanks Anne
I'm not a fan of canned apple pie filling, do you think if I cooked some apples with sugar and cinnamon on the stove and used them in the recipe it would work ok?
Use more cinnamon if you don't think the rolls don't taste like regular cinnamon rolls. This is an actual delicious recipe. I won't make any other recipe
@@AnnesFamilyRecipe Hi - you can make extra icing with powdered sugar. I don't have a specific recipe but I am sure you can find one. I make mine with powdered sugar milk and vanilla, delicious 😋
❤all of them I’m so eager to try they all look so yummy thanks for sharing have a wonderful blessed day today in Christ Jesus our wonderful Lord God and savior Jesus Christ,ps you have such beautiful bright eyes 👀 bye
It's September 3rd and I found Pillsbury Grands PUMPKIN 🎃 Spice Rolls so tomorrow I'm going to add some Heavy Cream and Sweetened Condensed Milk along with an additional sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice and see what happens...
Homemade cinnamon buns are definitely superior. I actually run a bakery business out of my home selling cinnamon buns at a local farmers market. These hacks help in a pinch though and kids love them!

Ok, might have to try the extra butter-yum!
I’ve made the exact cinnamon rolls hack...so far they are a major hit with everyone. Easy easy
So decadent! 👍🏻
My grandsons and I just made them but I used 2 cans of the regular sized, its all i had, but they came out delicious!!
OMG, that apple pie hack looks delicious. Will be making that very soon.
I loved all your recipies ,the apple one i will add chopped walnuts yum
I want to try the 1st one with the cream poured over. Looks so yummy!
If you melt 2 tbls of unsalted butter and mix it with the heavy cream, you will get a more old fashion taste.
Awesome tip 👍🏻
Thank you
❤😂🎉😊
These all look yummy and I'm not much of a dessert person. The apple pie filling recipe would be great with peach for a cobbler dupe!
All of the recipes look delicious! I tried your first recipe today and they turned out fantastic! I was a little skeptical but so glad I went ahead and made them! Will be making that one over many times in the future! Thanks so much!

Thanks! 😁
I'm trying all three. They look delicious. Thanks.

That’s great you can enjoy them like this! They’re definitely delicious-just taste a little different than a home baked cinnamon roll.
I have done this in a slow cooker with heavy cream and canned cherries. It is to die for. I will have to try this in a waffle maker.
ohh, well that sounds delicious!

I was thinking it might be better with salted butter! If I try this again I’ll definitely use that 👍🏻
Everytime I see you use your Dollar Tree Betty Crocker measuring spoons I LOL cuz mine look exactly the same! My hubby says "how do you know what it even says?"
Hahaha! Yup I just have to compare it to the others to know which one it is. Still works! 🙌🏻
I have the measuring cups. I love them even though I can’t read them!😂
God bless all here

Ooh interesting! So TikTok was not the birthplace of this concept, haha! Thanks for sharing 😊

You can warm up the icing (lid off) in microwave for a few seconds to thin the icing so it will pour.
Good tip!
Yum. Yummy. Who knew?

very high.of course it will be very tasty to eat.😋 I love it .I will definitely try it.You will tell me in the comments. How do you like my recipe?Thanks..👏👍🌼🍂
You can use Whole Milk instead of heavy cream, gives the same effect
Noted! So much cheaper 👍🏻
Oh, bless you! My heavy whipping cream is expired and I was hoping whole milk wouldn’t ruin it.
I felt the same way. The 2nd time I only used butter and cinnamon and was much better. The 1st time mine were still soggy
Maybe I’ll try it again with no cream, too 👍🏻 also I think I’d like salted butter!
Pan was to crowded. They say to spread them out so they can grow.

Recorded horizontally:)
I don’t have heavy whipping cream what’s a good substitute for it?
Hi! I haven’t tried this, but half and half or whole milk could work 👍🏻
I wonder is using sweetened condensed milk would work with the first recipe in place of the heavy cream?
Ooh I haven’t tried it,but I’ll take any excuse to use sweetened condensed milk 😍
I just asked the same thing. Did you try it?
Has anybody tried a can of strawberry 🍓 pie filling ❓ With cinnamon rolls 🙃🌻‼️
That sounds amazing! I didn’t know you could buy strawberry pie filling..

I haven’t tried the cream thing. I just didn’t think it looked good. They’re supposed to be just like Cinnabon. The dessert look delicious. Thanks Anne
I like Cinnabon way better!
Trust me the cream works. Pour it in and bake that’s it. The rolls will fluff up so big and soft
I'm not a fan of canned apple pie filling, do you think if I cooked some apples with sugar and cinnamon on the stove and used them in the recipe it would work ok?
I haven’t tried it, but I think that would probably work! And it would taste amazing because they’re fresh 👍🏻
no wonder why my cinnamon rolls never looked liked the picture
I don't use a spoon, I do however unwrap it and smack it with the blunt side of a knife
Use more cinnamon if you don't think the rolls don't taste like regular cinnamon rolls. This is an actual delicious recipe. I won't make any other recipe
There's no denying they are delicious! Just not like a classic Cinnabon or homemade cinnamon roll since there's more of a sauce.

Does it really matter if foil is shining side up or down 🤷
I just made a short about this!
Use coconut milk next time. It’s simply delicious
Ooh tropical 👍🏻
For the pie I’ll will use peaches instead of apples
It's even better if you let the rolls sit for a few hours before you bake them it's much better.
She looks like an old school Disney villain with those eyes
Lol I get more comments about my eyes and eyebrows than anything else!

All of them, first the Cinnamon Rolls with the waffle iron. First thing in the morning.
Looks like Apple Betty
Yes! I’ve made that before with bread I think? Yummy!
The third recipe lies oks like you’re just adding apples to monkey bread.
Definitely more of a suggestion than a recipe, haha but it tastes great!
All butter is is over whipped heavy cream. Tasting history showed how its done.
If it isn't from scratch it isn't squat
Homemade cinnamon buns are definitely superior. I actually run a bakery business out of my home selling cinnamon buns at a local farmers market. These hacks help in a pinch though and kids love them!
Yes, the can cinnamon roll says it cooks in 13 to 17 minutes. Why do you cook it for forty five minutes for the hack
Hi! I’m not entirely sure-guessing it’s because of the added liquid the buns take longer?
These look too rich.
Definitely indulgent! I have a bit of a sweet tooth..😁
Uuugh no i think they look bad- u can't waffle everything
can't take you seriously because of the eyebrows....weird flex......
Lol so many people comment on my brows. I blame the 90s…thinned them out then and they never grew back!
