I think Austin has psychic powers as always knows what we need. I am having a total blast playing this game. Spent the whole afternoon exploring some tunnels and was so much fun. They have really spiced things up in TotK. Thanks again Austin for the great video.
Thank you for the upgrade list! Got this set yesterday and it was instrumental in getting the whole map lit up with the towers. Request: could you possibly do a video on the sages will items locations 🫶🏼 great content man!
i won't be covering that quite yet. i was saddened to learn that it just increases combat damage and does not enhance their ability or shorten cooldown. If you want to hunt them, look for Minibosses in the sky
I've been exploring so much, I accidentally stumbled upon the chestpiece for this armor last night completely randomly. Now I'm desperate to find the other pieces, so this is PERFECT. Edit: LOL I love the random wall scroll Austin @ 1:58
@@verycleverusername8159 not really? You can always open up your paraglider when falling from a high place and even when you run out of stamina they still let you open it once for half a second just so you can avoid fatal damage. You would have to mess up twice in very quick succession (i.e. run out of stamina and then open the paraglider once again before you reach a height that you could survive a fall from) to even need the fall damage negation. I’ll give it that it’s hilarious to see Link land from 2000m high and then land like he just jumped from 50cm
Also for fighting aerocudas, if you are high enough in the sky, possibly high enough to be on a sky island and you kill one while falling the eyes and wings will be put in your inventory instead of falling to nothing
This is probably my favorite armor set in TOTK. It's incredibly useful, and the mini games for unlocking the pieces are fun. It would have been cool to get a 4th course that's even longer, going all the way down into the depths.
I love how your videos cut right to the useful/practical information, and forgo the fluff that most other RUclipsrs use to pad the duration of their videos.
Thanks so much for this one, John. I had the Glide Shirt and no clue how to get the other pieces of armor. Knowing about the upgrade bonus is a huge benefit!
A good farming technique for the aerocuda eyes is to stay in the air. At least in the sky, if you're still airborne when they die, you automatically get the drops instead of having to find where they landed. Also the long trek to the Wind Dungeon has a decent few to easily grab.
Well this was perfect. The last piece I needed was the first piece in the video, the tights! Always with that convenience in both timing and set up, gotta love this channel man
Getting this set is the first thing I did . I’m playing through the game slowly , only beat the wind temple so far . But I have this set fully upgraded and love it
@@NoviceEliteExactly. Like today was my first free day to really just play the game, I’ve been working/in class the rest of the week, and I mainly just explored and did things as I got to them. Went from ~30 to ~50 completed shrines with like 20 more marked on my map I’ve spotted from flying around. Completed my second regional quest, and got the master sword again. But it didn’t feel like I was rushing it cause it was all while just exploring having fun for the most part
Hi Austin, I have been absolutely loving all your TotK videos. I had a future video suggestion for you if you had time to add it in to your already crazy output: I would love a list of all the best utility pieces of gear you like having on hand such as: -2-handed axe for tree chopping/box destroying -2-handed blunt weapon for ore mining/box destroying -elemental weapon of each type -non-metal weapon/bow/shields -rocket shield -mine cart shield -various utility fusions (ex. keese eyes and wings, bomb flowers, elemental chu chu jelly, etc) I hate going out to adventure and find a problem that I do not have a great solution for. Making sure I always have the right tool for the occasion would feel great and make me confident to take anything on.
u are fr my fav and best zelda tips yter, i’ve been watching u since botw came out years ago and it’s so good to see you posting so many totk vids! i wouldn’t have been able to finish botw without ur vids
This set is so cool looking and I’ve been loving the extra speed while falling. I didn’t even know it could get no fall damage so i will definitely upgrade it. Probably my favorite new set in the game.
Another stupendous video. Love the transitions! The screen pull down caught me off guard in the best way. Funny I had just finished obtaining these and hardest first. Wish I'd caught your video sooner. The bell has failed me.
Video after video helping me find things I want. Can’t wait for the depth armor I really want that one also the Zonaite armor since he teased the chest piece.
Shoutout to Austin from Singapore. Been following you since the first Zelda video, or way before that I can’t remember. Just want to say your guides are so easy to understand and it really saves me a lot of time trying to figure out things! You are always so on top of things and I really appreciate the useful and impactful content. Please keep up the good work! 🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
Anyone else misunderstand that you have to upgrade the armor to get the Impact Proof Bonus like me? I didnt even check, just took Austin at his word and leaped off the edge with the vanilla set on. I pikachu surprised face when I hit the ground and it drained all my hearts 😂
It's counterintuitive, but I got the Glide chestpiece first before even going to the Rito, and I feel it really helped with reaching the trampoline ships and laser fields in the dungeon
going to the bottom to fast travel up top is far easier, but do note that if you happen to go to the top first and do the run by activating the ring, the construct at the bottom skips the trial run and goes straight to the qualification. This is actually how I got the chest piece, I didn't even know there was anything at the bottom at first.
I actually found the last one you showed first and I was curious where the other ones were. I’ll have to make my way to the others once I unlock those towers!
The spirit sage robot also doesn’t have fall damage. You can’t equip it in mid-air of course, but it’s a pretty nifty substitute if you don’t have these armor pieces yet.
Alright. Ill be sure to watch this again when actually collecting the items 😊 i like watching ur videos when u post them and rewatch when im working on getting the items in game ect 😁😁😁
Perfect! I missed the pants, for some reason I saw the sky island and thought I'd done it. But turns out I just didn't look around and see Stuart haha😅
Awesome, I did the courage island today AND I DID NOT KNOW I don’t need to get to the top 😂😂 thanks Austin and let me go for the remaining two pieces of the armor
I love everything you do, and you're my go-to when I'm stuck, like I am now, haha. When you're gonna show how to do the gouron quest line?! Thank you for all you do!!
For those of you who don’t know, if it’s your first time through the steward Will actually let you take the course regardless of whether or not you have a zonai charge
Although each of your videos are incredibly helpful at certain points within the game, do you think you could make a video of what order you suggest people to do certain things, like Lynel farming, getting certain gear, doing certain quests, etc.?
In my time so far, it seems to be similar to botw where the further from starting area you are the later game everything is. The implied memory cutscene location order is a spiral working its way outside if you have found the impa quest, and it has a nice rito/newspaper first sort of order to it. Downside is it is very slow path if you want endgame items fast like Austin's other guides.
You can just dive straight to the ground and did you also know if you hold forwards on most zonai vehicles like something with the big wheels, you go faster and also stop if you hold backwards?
FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE MATH: ALL UPGRADE COSTS FOR ALL ARMOR
LVL 1: 9 Keese Wings
LVL 2: 18 Aerocuda Eyes, 15 Keese Wings
LVL 3: 18 Aerocuda Wings, 24 Aerocuda Eyes
LVL 4: 36 Gleeok Wings, 30 Aerocuda Wings , 24 Gibdo Wings
24 Keese Wings, 66 Aerocuda Wings, 24 Aerocuda Eyes, 36 Gleeok Wings,

Same, I got the chest piece first on accident on day one. I was wondering where the rest were
That's the only one I'm missing. He keeps giving me a large zonite instead of the piece for breaking the 35 second mark
Austin, my man, a REAL G. Top Notch as always.
This armour is definitely going to be THE armour to use.
Thank you Austin
Unless you're fighting Lynels. Or the air is on fire.

The mystic armour is probably best with the dupe glitch
