Taphonomist Arthur Chadwick shows us a myriad of dinosaur fossils collected by him and his team at their excavation site at Hanson's Ranch, Wyoming. Between 10,000 and 25,000 individual dinosaurs were buried at the site by a single, massive, and watery catastrophe. Most dinosaurs found at the site have been Edmontosaurus, but the remains of Triceratops, Nanotyrannus and Tyrannosaurus rex are also found among them. Later on, Dr. Chadwick explains how his study of ancient current patterns confirm the presence of a large-scale flooding over the continent of North America.
Dr. Chadwick received his PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Miami in 1969. After re-training in geology and paleontology at University of California and University of Oklahoma, he has worked in the fields of taphonomy and sedimentary geology. His interests include basinal and suprabasinal sedimentologic trends, involving especially the analysis of paleocurrents and other directional structures, and he is developing a model for the taphonomy of dinosaur bonebeds. He is currently Research Professor of Biology and Geology at Southwestern Adventist University and Director, Dinosaur Science Museum and Research Center at Southwestern Adventist University.

BYW, the traditional site of Sodom, at the south end of the Dead Sea is incorrect. First, the south end of the Dead Sea isn't considered part of the Jordan river. The Jordan ends at the North end of the Dead Sea.
The text of Gen. 13 clearly states that Sodom was at the North end of the Dead Sea.
And they have found lots of evidence that there was an meteoric airburst over the Dead Sea that was so hot it killed all life and even melted adobe bricks and pottery to glass.
It is the biggest biblical archaeological find of this century, without a doubt.

The collages used to be at church and every teaching revolved around the Bible. Then the books taken out by Constantine, for us to find in the end days, really fill in blanks and details that are mind blowing. Yes, the date for the Scriptural Flood is not 10000 years ago. Rather, it was 4400 years. Due to artifactual evidence that man existed with dinosaurs, named them, etc.
It was only until after the Garden, that animals died, post-Garden. Which was anywhere from 6-7000 years ago. There are mentions of dinosaurs still existing in regions that could support them , Congo, Jungles etc. These areas were also drowned deep under the oceans. The only reason some still existed on continents that remained above water, would be reclusiveness and separation from humans.

A question I would have for this scientist is does the T-Rex have baby teeth starting out in life and later replace them with adult teeth? Just because “ Nano-Rex has different teeth than an adult does not tell us anything if someone is just identifying using the animal’s teeth. The Great White Sark has sharp hooked like teeth for catching fish when young, and by 5 years old, The baby teeth fall out and are replaced with double serrated adult teeth for crushing mammal bones. I wonder how many animals loose baby teeth replaced with adult teeth? Or are humans and Great White Sharks the only two animals in the Animal Kingdom?
In spirit lake at mt st Helens after the eruption different species of trees were layered in the lake bottom even though they were fallen at the same time. The explanation given and now accepted in mainstream academics say... the different species sunk at separate times due to size and density and the presence of pitch.
Perhaps the animals in these bonebeds created layers in this way and the timing was much more compressed than originally thought.

This video did not explain how the various species segregated into different strata. It seems to me that if they were hit by a massive flood, all of the organisms would have been swept in together rather than stratified

Is it possible to determine whether dinosaurs were warm or cold blooded? (Some fish like some tuna and some sharks are not strictly cold blooded)

Also, most dinosaurs were likely warm blooded, because we now know that they were active predators and the herbivores were likely warm blooded also. But we can’t say this for all dinosaurs because there’s such a great diversity of them

What I still cannot understand is why dinosaurs are found only in these 3 layers. This is the case all around the world. Why we do not see them mixed with mammals, for instance? I understand that the dinosaurs closest to water were buried first, but why are they all buried before mammals?

You will have to use the search function on AIG, Creation Ministries International, Creation Research Institute, NW Creation Network, to find the specific articles /videos/podcasts.
As for learning about hydrodynamic sorting, RUclips search "experiments in stratification" will turn of Creationist reporting (2 showing and old video of the University of Colorado hydrodynamics lab showing how particles move and sort) and regular people doing experiments with both dry and wet sorting.

There's this huge rock that was at the edge of my driveway when I was growing up. I wondered as a child how it got there. Now I know, it must have been in the flood that it got dislodged from somewhere and settled on the ground.
Creationists should consider if geological extension (spreading of the earth's crust), volcanic activity, large lava flows, metamorphism, and mountain uplift were post Flood. This would have caused mass extinctions. River channels would have eroded while geological features were still hot. All these hot geological features would evaporate water and cause ongoing rainfall for floods to erode river channels. It also suggests ice age features were formed catastrophically during these mass extinction events several hundred years after the Flood.

Sounds like the levels of strata collected the slower to faster creatures that fled the onrushing of flood waters but were eventually caught in the flow then swept into a mass burial locations we find them now. That's one reason no young creatures were among the adult ones, because they could not keep up with the fleeing adults..

There is no reason to think dinosaurs would have automatically been buried among the humans and mammals we are familiar with today that were alive at the time. Like today, the world at the time of the Flood was home to a variety of distinct and spatially segregated biomes. Dinosaur fossils are typically found buried with a unique variety of plants (e.g. gymnosperms), small mammals (e.g. multituberculates), flying creatures (e.g. pterosaurs & enantiornithine birds) and other organisms that are either non-existent or very rare today. Given the absence of humans and most mammals from dinosaur fossil layers, it is likely that dinosaurs lived in a series of pre-Flood ecological communities that were unique and spatially segregated from those inhabited by the humans and most mammals, hence why they were not buried together during the Flood. It is quite possible that pre-Flood humans never, or at least very rarely, ever saw dinosaurs.
Maybe the bodies of the dynasaurs, being large were able to float, eventually being deposited where they are found, whereas smaller animals died and were scatttered. After a major flood you'll find carcases or cattle and horses but not many smaller creatures. Many persons have drowned with witnesses observing and their bodies were never found.

Original materials simply means the original thing that was alive rather than an impression or imprint in sedimentary rocks. If I find a list I'll attach it.

I think they just did. Mudfossil University "Roger Spurr" was first though.
C14 radiometric dating is good for up 75,000 years. Then dating rock strata and minerals using elemental isotopes with longer half lives e.g. Potassium 40 with an estimated half life of 1.5 million years and so on that’s how the earths age was measured to an approximate age of creation to some 4 billion years.
Carbon dating is only accurate to 3 to 5 thousand years.

We have found complete dinosaur skeletons. And even if we just find individual bones, some of them are very clearly not from modern animals. What kind of animal do you think that skull in the beginning came from?

He also omits the amazing scale of the area, several thousands of square miles with dotted groupings of fossils. There is so much missing that the forced conclusion that the interviewer wants, that this was a biblical flood, is severely lacking.

This segment is from our Beyond Is Genesis History? Series. Given the nature of the series, we cannot bring up every relevant topic in every relevant video. We never claimed to have the ultimate answer regarding how these animals died. The animals’ cause of death is difficult to determine because the bones were not buried where the animals died, and several weeks to months passed between death and burial. What is known is that the animals likely all died at roughly the same time because they all display the same state of preservation. Killing off thousands of dinosaurs at the same time would seem to require a large-scale catastrophe. The bonebed Dr. Chadwick is working on is called the Hanson Ranch Bonebed (HRB). It covers an area of more than one square kilometer and contains some 10,000 to 25,000 dinosaurs, mostly Edmontosaurus annectens. The other fossil sites he mentioned in the video are not a part of the HRB, but they do have a lot in common with it (including stratigraphy, sedimentology, condition of bones, and orientation). This suggests they were formed in a very similar fashion, and studying how HRB formed can help us get a better idea of how these bonebeds were formed too.

No one in this video is making the argument that HRB “proves” Noah’s Flood happened, or that Noah’s Flood had anything to do with how it was formed. Rather, what is being argued is that this site is consistent with a global Flood scenario, like the one described in the Bible.
@@IsGenesisHistory, thank you for your response. It still does not in anyway support a global flood. Geologists and Archaeologists agree that there was no world wide flood as told in the Bible. Not only is it impossible because of the lack of water available on the planet, the tested and verified timeline of the fossil record and sediment layering shows no such event occurred. Localized events did happen, but a world wide one has no supporting documentation.
The deaths of the dinosaurs found could be determined by examination of the fossils for commonly known marks of trauma. It is an interesting find, but this agenda driven archaeology poisons the well of discovery.
