It's certainly an option although it hurts my soul to think of cutting the factory kickstand. But I guess if I can make it look nice I'll be ok with it in the long run.

I agree. For the 7000 this blower setup costs, losing the loader functionality is a huge negative. I would have gone with a loader mounted blower option if I had to do it again.
Deere has it's own quick attach. But, in this case, part of that system (the kickstand) interferes with the snow-blower assembly. Unfortunate design for sure.

Deere simply does not care. Deere will do whatever they please and screw the consumer. I hate all things Deere.

Another reason NOT to buy into the Deere "mystique" aka "mistake". No quick attach? Stupid Deere....
