How to Rock Off in Surfing

How are we all doing? I am doing pretty great, thank you.
I went back to Straddie for a little week while we were off TAFE and filmed this educational video for you guys. It is a tutorial on how to 'rock off' or jump off a rock into the ocean to go surfing.
Warning: Do NOT try this at home, unless you feel well equipped and like you are ready for it.
I recommend that you learn to look at the surf forecast, so you can predict the conditions for the day. And that you gage the surf by looking at it before entering. Make sure you are aware of your surroundings, and it can be helpful to go with someone who has more experience than yourself.
Take it easy and only go as far as your own comfort levels.
This video is intended for all surfers, any level and location. It is especially made for all you fellow surfer girls out there. I started learning how to surf at age 20, and I absolutely love it. I would say I have learnt quite quickly, but that is very subjective and individual. I am still only at a beginner level, but am feeling more and more comfortable with each day.
