Get the exp thing like I did at the beginning and you should never have to grind 😅

@@PokeHax13 Also, I remember that when your rival was battling you with the pokemon he stole, he gave those pokemon to you to give them back to it's original trainer and the original trainer of the pokemon your rival stole decided to let you keep his salandit. Will this happen everytime?
